Don't go here if you have more than two people on a Fri or Sat night unless you plan on waiting more than a hour to be seated. Saturday night came in at 5 and still waiting to sit at 6:25 . That's crazy.
Good thing the food is killer

We’ve been here twice and it’s always full, wait time is 45 mins average. We went and looked for something else.

We've been here dozens of times! We have yet to find a ramen place as good as here! My overall scoring of a 4/5 does not reflect on the food whatsoever. It's mostly the wait times and the service. Service is either amazing or terrible. It all kinda depends on how busy they are. Which is understandable, because their ramen is truly phenomenal!

Their pork chasu-don rice bowl is amazing! The tonkatsu ramen and the black jack ramen are to die for.

Ultimately, RamenYa is THE place to get ramen but I recommend calling ahead and getting it to go. Unless you get there right at opening there's going to be a wait time.

Drove 30 minutes to be there. They’re supposed to close at 2:30 pm. We got there at 1:45 and they refused to seat us because they were “closing soon”. Waste of our time.

Being told you have to wait 45 min to even place a carryout order is craaazy! What, you didn't expect to actually be busy on a Saturday evening and thusly wasn't prepared for the volume you received. Well, let me help you by NEVER patronizing this mismanaged establishment again. It's terrible too because I actually thought the food was good SMH

There is so much oil that it makes a thick oily layer. I understand that they couldn’t care because they are busy with the service, but I think they need to care about the food.🤷🏻‍♀️It looks like water but everything is oil.
.
I think it's a Japanese+Korean restaurant owned by a Korean, but the food is so greasy that I can't tell if it's Korean or Japanese food or Chinese food. As someone who has eaten similar foods (ramen, pork belly buns) at other restaurants, I think the food quality is quite low. It wouldn't be bad to eat if you've never eaten anywhere else, but I don't think so. I think it would be a good restaurant if they paid more attention. It looks like water in the picture, but it's not water, it's all oil. You can see the oil layer shaking in the video. That's right, there was oil in other places as well, but not so much that it formed a layer like this. I think I would understand if the chef was a Chinese person.

I have been coming to RamenYa every week for the past 2 years and for a good reason, the ramen has always been delicious and service has typically been great. Until today! After waiting for 50 minutes to be seated, despite being told that it would only take 20, we are finally seated and got comfortable, only to be asked to get up and move to a different table by the waiting staff. The bowl of ramen I was given lacked the usual flavor, the meat was overcooked and lacked the usual tenderness, the mushrooms were undercooked and extremely chewy. It appears that the kitchen staff has recently changed and the new folks have not been properly trained as of yet. The experience was extremely disappointing, I can only hope that the owner takes notice.

Will be my last time going there. Food is very good but not worth the hassle.
I get that it’s popular and busy. But wait staff do not have a clue how to accommodate any party other than one or two people.
We had three and waited 45 minutes then left. As they sat singles and pairs but would not slide a pair of two person tables together for us is unacceptable.
I understand there’s only a few booths but to be that clueless about how to seat three was very disappointing.
I guess the pro tip is to have your group sign in as parties of one or two. Sad.
And I doubt they care.

Nerdy Virago

Looks like they converted an old school pizza Hut. Not a lot of seating but it is spaced well and with good sized tables.

Ramen broth is rich and cloudy. Eggs are cooked well and they include a good amount of toppings. Though upcarges can add up quickly if you want to add extra or exchange toppings.

They make their noodles and broth in house.

The apps are good but very small and they have a good selection of Japanese drinks both alcoholic and non.
