This place has amazing ramen and this is the second time I've been here. I would definitely recommend the Black Jack. It's a combination of their Spicy and Black Tonkotsu. The broth is deep, rich and flavorful with a kick of spice. You can always add more spice to it, just let your server know. Anything above a level 1 can get pretty spicy. I normally prefer the wavy noodles in ramen. This place serves the straight noodles. Actually you can see them making it in the room next door! The noodles were a great texture. It was not overly cooked and still had that al dente feel. Be advised that they are always very busy. If you want to sit in during lunch or dinner time, be prepared to wait. Overall, still the best Ramen I've had in the area. I would give them a try if you are near.

Great ramen with lots of home made noodles and nice pork. Service was for a great very busy restaurant

The best part of this ramen was the egg. I don't know what they do to them but I would stop by for just an egg.

This place is great! Honestly, it might be the best ramen spot in Maryland. Zero complaints on the food or the service, I would give them a 5 but the only thing bringing them down (which is due to their great ramen) is the wait. We had to wait for over an hour. It was our first time and we are happy we waited and will definitely go again. The potential wait is a real drawback, but we did go on a weekend night. Other than that the place is amazing and was worth the wait, you can even watch them making the noodles in-house!!!

The absolute best ramen I have had. The service is always amazing. 10 out of 10 rating is what my 8yr old says.

Finally got around to trying this place after friends raved about it. I love ramen and want a great local joint for the rotation. Well, I don't think I'll be back. The broth itself lacked the flavor I'm used to, having instead a sour taste. By sour I mean like milk that's turning. The texture of the broth was also very thick and chunky. I had to stop eating because it was turning me off so badly - and I'm far from a picky eater. The staff, while fantastic, seemed disorganized. We had 4 people tending to our drinks but none checked back after the food was delivered. Multiple attempts were made to take our order after it had already been placed. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience.

After living in Japan for a few years, my standards for ramen are quite high. This place is an absolute gem. I love the selection of Japanese craft beer and of course the ramen, gyoza, edamame, and raisu are all excellent. The noodles are made in house. I’m so glad this place exists.

A friend recommended this place to me because I've seen her scarf down food with ease. I ordered the tonkotsu and the broth lacked the flavor I remembered in Japan. It isn't a fair comparison, but I've had better ramen elsewhere in Maryland. The staff was great and very friendly.

Gotta admit this is the best ramen in the Baltimore area. The Korean owner really puts out his best to make a good bowl. Just as good as Menya Hosaki in DC. This is a true gem for this neighborhood. I wish he would open a location in DC.

Best spicy miso ramen I've ever had! Worth every penny. They are always incredibly fast. I will miss this place greatly when I move.

Although I am not a great connesoir of Ramen this place was great. The vegetarian selection was chock full of tasty veggies. The broth was miso which is scrumptious. This restaurant has a great following. It gets very busy. Go earlyI will return for another scrumptious ramen

I go on a Saturday night and it’s packed! There is a FOURTY MINUTE wait for two people, I sign the waitlist and the countdown begins. My number gets called, I get a super clean table with a friendly smile from my server. There’s all of FOUR people, taking orders, running food and bussing plates; NOT a single frown from anyone in the joint. I ordered the gyoza, pork buns, my wife orders spicy ramen and I order miso, I also order Cloud and a Soju. In no time flat food and drinks arrive, I ask for a metal spoon and again, I’m met with a smile and warm personality. The food was SOOOO good, that food was worth EVERY minute I waited. There was an equal portion of broth, ramen and pork belly ratio, it was delicious ?. But the service was the star of the night, everyone was so cool and friendly despite it being packed. I mean there was not an empty table in there and they were still calm collected and cool, no amount arguments or even loud talking, super professional on the floor. I HIGHLY recommend going, I mean HIGHLY recommend this place.
