The sizes for the custard here are ridiculous. I ordered a small vanilla custard and let me just say the puppacinos from Starbucks are bigger. Nearly $5 for it to be tiny and hollow in the middle?? Absolutely not. And on top of that the customer service doesn’t make up for the ridiculous sizes and prices. Do better.

Rita's is our weekly summer/early fall treat. The Glen Burnie location, operated by "Junique Enterprises," is our go to spot. They don't typically stock interesting custard choices like the Old Ellicott City location (strawberry or orange cream custards, for example) but they often rotate in new ice flavors.There have been a few times this summer the ices were very "icy" (chunky, hard) and tasted watered down, but we haven't experienced that prior to this summer at this location. Staff overall are friendly and quick.The location of the picnic tables can be problematic at times as the tables are always covered in ants and yellow jackets fly around, but you can get lucky and sit at an ant/bee-free table.Overall, this is a solid, tasty Rita's Italian Ice location!

Would give 5 Stars except I went by on a Friday 30 minutes "before" they were supposed to close to find the place already closed! I totally get if you're not having any customers you might as well close early BUT the problem with this is.... customers like me who come by at the last minute and want Italian Ice!! My suggestion....close your shop earlier and change your hours! Or just wait for us "last minute" customers, please!
Lots of choices ? for drinks , ice cream, and custard. There some are some outsideseating and lots of parking. The prices are OK.

The lady was nice, i ordered a large blendini and a large concrete treat.I was charged over $10 for both ice creams. The large is $6.70 for a blendini and we're being charged $3.30 for "extra" custard in a large ice cream to begin with. Look, the service was great, but i truly feel like i was ripped off being charged a ridiculous amount for "extra custard". I will not be returning when other ice cream businesses don't do that to customers.Also I'm not sure how Rita's thinks crushed vanilla wafers constitutes as birthday cake.
