This evening, my family and I visited the mall, which has been dying over the years. I prefer to take my toddlers to this mall as opposed to a super busy one like Arundel Mills. However, I will no longer be visiting this location. Service is really hit or miss depending on who is working. This evening, it was a young lady preparing our order. Love the quality and selection of Italian ice, cotton candy is one of our favorites at Rita's and the phenomenal soft serve custard ice cream. It is a perfect treat and great to sit and relax at the mall. The prices are the cheapest I've seen at any Rita's, typically they are double the price in the city. The employees have always been wonderful. Everyone is understaffed these days so please have some patience since it does take a little bit for things to be prepared....
This Rita's store is fantastic! The employees are always wiling to let you try as many flavors as you want and the store is always clean. The Alex's Lemonade Italian Ice is AMAZING!! Their prices are also not expensive and if you buy 3 quarts, you get one free- that's a great deal. If you haven't checked out this store, you definitely should.
