Enjoyed our meal. Everyone was so friendly from the hostess to our waiter Michael. He was such a pleasant person. He give us some great suggestions and we love it. Even though we were only visiting the area, we will definitely come back to visit.

For those who criticized the "Ranch" Dressing as "bad - "fermented", - - unfortunately, there are many people - usually the young and/or those of limited knowledge and exposure that don't realize THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "RANCH" DRESSING! (what does "Ranch" taste like? Horses? Cattle? Hogs? General funk smell of average cattle ranch?)

Food was good out of the kitchen. My burger cooked how I asked not my wife's. Went around 1 pm salad bar was lacking alot. One of the pasta salads was spoiled.Had to ask for napkins, refills, ketchup. But wasn't awful service.

They should just close this location down. Service was SO.SLOW. I felt like we were being held against our will. They got rid of the biscuits which were my favorite part. The food was so poor quality for the price. Mashed potatoes were still chalky like they were instant mash that hadn't been mixed up well. Won't be returning.

This used to be a great restaurant.. but the past few years it’s gone down hill. The food is mediocre, service is not always great (though there are a few of the wait staff who always shine). The decor and furniture need an upgrade, the furniture especially with their rickety chairs and wobbly tables. It would be really nice to see this one come back to life and be great again.

This place had horrible service. They gave my children rancid ranch dressing that smelled like old beer like it fermented or something. Then the manager told me it was not bad because they make it fresh everyday. It smelled horrible. The service was so so slow and there was only 3 other tables there. Save your money and your stomachs and do not go here. I wish they would let you give negative stars.

Took over a half an hour to get our food. People came in after us and got their food before us. My brother love the ribs but the chicken sandwich was less than standard.
If I could put zero stars that would be correct. This place is very dirty. The margarita was absolutely terrible. The table was sticky. The wait staff was horrible. Food was below average. Noticd the thing holding the table steady it is a waiter's book

I've been to this place twice and both times were sub par. The first time, My husband and I waited about 45 minutes for our food. It wasn't busy and our waitress didn't have many tables. I'm not sure if she forgot to input our order or if the kitchen was oddly backed up. The second time we had better service, but the food just wasn't too great. That may be why it is never busy when I walk by in the mall. The salad bar has a decent variety, but it doesn't look like it is kept fresh throughout the day. Probably wont try that again. We gave this place two tries and it failed us both times. Probably won't be returning.

Three of us family members used to go there EVERY Saturday for dinner after the movies. Food and their salad bar used to be both tempting and tasty. That is no longer the case. Quality of food, salad, and drinks leave a lot to be desired. Quality of workers could improve as well.

Really surprised at how good the burgers are. Perfect sear and juicy inside. Brioche bun, crisp bacon. And amazing French fries...skins on, crisp exterior, soft inside and just the right amount of salt. And major props to Shankeka our server. Attentive but not smothering, brought extra napkins without having to ask. Great personality, and she makes a killer top shelf long Island iced tea! Thank you!
