Came for family dinner on a Sunday night. Bar was packed full and had some awful music playing the whole time could barely hear each other on the hibachi side.

I’m not sure what’s happened lately but I feel like the quality of food here has gone down…the sushi doesn’t taste as good, kind of mushy and when you pick it up with chopsticks a lot of the rolls fall apart. I got a chicken hibachi lunch plate and the chicken was so dry and had a bad taste, the veggies weren’t good either and the only thing that saved the meal was the fried rice.

Visited on Valentines Day it was super packed but the staff handled the crowd with professionalism. We were sifted quickly and service was good. Plus they have music.

Hung up on me 3x after asking her to explain what a high price sushi is like I’m trying to order and you can’t explain so you hang up and decline all my calls. Childish

I want to talk to a manager. This experience was completely awful! They messed my sushi order up three times. First time being a completely different roll, I refuse to go back there again tonight. Wasting my time, money and gas. Absolutely awful! I will be calling tomorrow.

Food is great, especially the happy hour specials. However, service can improve. With the robots that deliver the food near the tables for the wait staff, you would think they would have self ordering kiosks at the table to help speed up ordering. I learned that Sundays (all day happy hour) is NOT the day to go.

My friend and I came in tonight for Sunday happy hour dinner and overall had a really nice experience with the food and atmosphere. However, our visit ended on a disappointing note that I feel is important to share.
As we were leaving, we were casually walking near the bar area — not attempting to order or get anyone’s attention — when a bartender abruptly and bluntly told us, “We aren’t accepting walk-ups to order.” The tone immediately came across as rude and dismissive, especially since we hadn’t even approached the bar to order anything (and for context, I’m sober).
I responded politely, letting her know we weren’t there to drink, and she replied very curtly, “So then how can I help you?” At that point I explained we didn’t need assistance and were simply on our way out.
I completely understand that everyone can have an off day, and I respect that bars can have ordering policies in place. That said, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. As a bartender — a role that is heavily rooted in customer service — the delivery and tone really matter.
I hope management can use this as a coaching opportunity around customer service and guest interaction, because the rest of our experience was enjoyable and I’d hate for moments like this to leave a sour impression.
Also, genuine question — isn’t the traditional concept of a bar that guests can walk up to order? Either way, a little kindness goes a long way.

They have definitely went down hill. We were here Friday for Galentine dinner because last year we chose this place and loved everything about it but not this year. I arrived early and was sitting at the bar and was completely ignored for the first 15 minutes by both barmaids. Finally a quick I'll be with you in a few minutes which would have been acceptable if I was told that within the first five minutes then we were seated for the hibachi and it was so rushed and no real interaction which would have been ok if we weren't served 1/2 raw chicken. Thank goodness the company of each other was worth getting together but everything about this experience was terrible and it was the complete opposite of what we experienced just a year prior. Everyone has an off night but the disrespect from the bar definitely felt deliberately directed and intentional. I won't be back and I loved this place prior to this horrible experience. I don't normally give reviews when disappointed but this is definitely not what I expect when I go out to eat

We eat here often. The last few times we have ordered has been extremely disappointing. The sushi does not taste fresh anymore and upset my stomach last time.
I ordered hibachi filet tonight on a takeout order and it was regular steak even though I paid more for the filet. The noodles looked like they were precooked the day before and weren’t even warm. Take out order took over an hour to be ready.
The front of the house is always a nightmare. The music was so loud one night on the bar side we had to ask to be moved to a different hibachi table.
We spend approximately $100 each time we eat here, which is at least once or twice a month, and we will be finding a different place to do that.
It has consistently gotten worse and worse.

I fell in liquid very hard tonight. The servers were very rude. No one came to check on me or offer an apology. The server got disrespectful and initially tried to cover the liquid instead of get it up then mopped my friends shoes repeatedly with the disgusting mop. The mixed girl and the Asian broads at the register are unprofessional and disrespectful. I left there tonight hurt and bleeding. They did not care. Only one bar tender showed concern. It was humiliating. I took an extremely hard fall on the tile floor.

We did Habachi combos. Much more than we could eat at one sitting. Good show, good taste. Worth trying. Some at our table had sushi and it looked good.

I loved it. I have no complaints. I can't wait to go back. The waitress tried to teach me how to use those chopsticks 😅! I am going to get it. Go try them out.
