Sam's Pizza & Subs

I kept giving them another try but I can’t waste my money anymore. I ordered a cheesesteak .. there was no cheese and the guy on the phone didn’t seem concerned. I ordered a large pizza but I got a small cut into 8 slices. Tiny slices 😡. They advertise NY pizza but it’s not even close. I am from Jersey and have had plenty of NY pizza to know the difference. Sorry Sam’s.. we’re done.

I was very disappointed as far as service. I was in the restaurant to order my food and I understand they were very busy with phones but it took almost 10 minutes just to get their attention to take my order. Then they said 20 min, I sat there for 40 until I finally asked people in the back where my food was because front didn't pay attention. She brought food and said it didn't say paid so they put in the back. She told me it had only been sitting there a few minutes but it wasn't hot so I know it sat longer. The food is good but I was upset about the service.

Have ordered for over a year now and never had an issue . Tonight food took 1 1/2 hour to get to house . Food ice cold , was suppose to have 2 crab cakes only got 1 . Cheese Steak sub ice cold . Guess I’ll try another place

I was not impressed with the Italian cheesesteak or pizza. Both tasted old and stale. I would not buy or visit again.

The food is delicious here! However I question the cleanliness after seeing an employee eat the bacon with bare hands after moving around touching multiple surfaces. But honestly it’s probably a norm in restaurants we just don’t see it happening lol. Highly recommend the food tho it’s delicious

I love Sam’s food i only get wings and burgers and subs but mainly wings i always ask for my wing be fried hard extra sauce first time they were amazing next two times they were dry no sauce at all tha i order shrimp cheese steak they didn’t put my shrimp on their customer service is good and i love there food i ate my food but wasn’t pleased at all

Few establishments have earned a five-star rating with such ease as Sam's Pizza & Subs just did. The pizza itself was exceptional, boasting the ideal balance of cheese and sauce. However, the true standout was the dough—hearty, satisfying, and complemented perfectly by the accompanying garlic dipping sauce, which evoked nostalgic flavors akin to Papa John's, making even the crust an enjoyable experience. The fries were equally impressive, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt, offering a crisp and satisfying bite. Though the location is a bit distant from home, the quality of the food and overall experience makes the journey worthwhile. My girlfriend and I were thoroughly impressed by both the affordability and the outstanding food. We will undoubtedly return for another takeout dinner soon.

It was the BEST steak n cheese I have ever had in my entire existence! There was a dude who welcomed me when I walked in which was lovely. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is because, when I arrived at Sam's and went to pay for my food, I asked the lady at the register for a side of ranch, she of course charged me for it which was not the problem, I understand they need to charge for stuff like that, but after I paid, she went right back into the kitchen and bagged my food. I got home and there was no ranch...nothing to make a fuss about and will not stop me from coming back, but I mean, c'mon.

This was my first time ordering from this establishment and the food was outstanding. The young woman who answered the phone was extremely patient, because I was asking a lot of questions. The wings are just amazing and the fries as well. The cheesesteak was good just a little more seasoning , but overall very delicious. It’s in the cut a little bit so don’t drive past them. I will be back and ask the guy at the door if he could get some straws for me. lol!

Never disappointed at this place. Sams has the fattest and best tasting subs, delicious pizza, and huge well seasoned wings. I drive from Brooklyn Park and while there are plenty of places between here and there, Sam's is worth the drive.
