I come here frequently and my last visit was horrible. Rice was not done. It was hard and uncooked. Beans didn't have the same taste. The fried Luca was also not cooked properly. Waited 37 mins for yuca. Found a hair in the mashed potatoes 🤮 and another on the yuca. First time having this bad experience. Our order was way over $100.

The food is good, but the staff doesn't know how to serve or organize themselves, and they are disrespectful to customers. I felt offended.

I wasnin this restaurant and I was so hungry and unfortunately service was real slow they run out of chicken also the line was too long I feel like they're should have more staff working for busy days like the weekend

I placed an online order which REQUIRES you to add 8 sauces or close to that. They didnt add any sauce to my bag. I've never ordered from here so there was no expectation of me having to check their job.
The sauces are such a huge component of the full experience. Slightly opposed to ordering again

I'm new to Baltimore and have been trying new restaurants. My boyfriend spoke highly of Sardi's. So I gave it a try. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good to me, which is disappointing. However, the customer service was good and the dining area was clean.

Horrible. I call at 3:45pm to place an order they put me on hold for like 10 to 15 minutes when the person pick up the phone and I started to place my order 1/2 Chicken Special
1/2 Chicken with your choice of 2 sides and a regular fountain soda. the girl told me that they stop serving the special at 4:00pm I told her that I call at 3:45pm that it wasn’t my fault that they put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes she told me that she was going to ask her manager if they could still give me that special and she came back and told me that her manager said that they couldn’t give me the special so I told her that I’m not gonna order anything anymore. So I end up not placing my order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. food is good but Workers are Rude and always seems to be angry and when you call the place any order they always putt you in hold for long periods of time. Guys need to step your game up. Because if you continue like this, you guys are going to lose a lot of customers.

Lomo saltado could have been a little more moist but good overall.

Lamb chops were delicious. Just a little rare but the flavor was amazing. The sides are flavored very well also.

Visited for carryout on a Saturday afternoon. Chicken was delicious. Fried rice, mixed veggies with zucchini and mushrooms were seasoned just right. The brussel sprouts and carrots could use just a bit more on the other hand. Still good though. I like they cut chicken down to either quarters or even individual pieces if you'd like.
