Came for XL crabs and this place delivered!! The crabs were lump, came out piping hot, and was well seasoned. The hush puppies were great too. Amazing service was the pièce de résistance!

Had dinner here with the sisters from church, 7 of us total. Our server was pretty nice! Very attentive! I wasn't too happy about where we were seated, all the way in the rear, near an exit door.
It was pretty crowded that nite and super noisy. The food was excellent!

It was my first coming here for a birthday dinner with my family and we had good time. It was rocky in the beginning though because they sent out overcooked crabs that were mushy and inedible. Our waitress was good about switching them out for us and upgraded us to exlarge at no extra charge and the crabs were absolutely great! The vibe was good. Not loud at all. There were several parties going on in conjunction with ours so it was a little crowded but our waitress did well. She forgot some things, but once reminded it was taken care of. She was super nice. I believe her name is Francesca. We only ordered appetizers and of course crabs. But the apps were just ok. Typical wing, mozz stick etc. The mild wings were different because they mix hot sauce with bbq sauce. The taste was off outting to me, i didn't enjoy those at all. But I'm sure other apps were cool. Overall it was decent, i would return.
My family ordered Sunday takeout. We wanted to try something different yet local. The food order itself had minor issues. The half and half soup was ordered but we received full cream of crab. Ok. No huge deal. Two of the stuffed orange roughy platters were ordered. Unfortunately, we had to sub one for a stuffed salmon due to them running out of orange roughy right after we placed our phone order. The crab imperial stuffing was pretty good on both. The fish was cooked well but there was no seasoning at all. The sides were a plastic film cover short of microwave dinner. I was expecting more for the cost. We were overall underwhelmed. I will likely not return and stick with a similar restaurant in the area.

Went for a lunch meeting with my small team. We had crab dip (excellent), buffalo wings(tender and good) with blue cheese dressing ( creamy and yum)and celery, a long with a dozen of large steamed crabs( sooooo good) but pricey. I used to come to Seaside all the time but their prices started getting out of my range for crabs. I head in the opposite direction and get two dozen for the price I got here and they are also very good. However, it was a chance to meet with the team and the food was great. We only ran into one bad crab that was promptly replaced. It was quiet with more people arriving as we were wrapping up. I would come here again for the crab dip and wings( crabs if someone else is treating 😉) Overall Seaside is just as good as I remember from years ago.

My sister and I had lunch here and we ordered a dozen large male crabs and a side salad with shrimp. Both were very tasty. The crabs were well seasoned, heavy and meaty. The salad was fresh and the shrimp inside were large and fresh as well. Service was very good. The crabs were pricey and they were honest to say they came from NC. But, my sister ate 3 and I ate 4, we were too full to finish the rest, so they were worth the price. I took the remaining crabs home to use in gumbo I was making! 10/10

This was not my first and definitely not my last time eating at Seaside. My family and I have been eating here for the past 12 years. Consistency of the food is what brings us back time and time again. The only downside to Seaside is that they include an 18% gratuity on food you order to take away (utterly ridiculous). When you are dining there then decide to order food to take out home. YOU GET CHARGED 18%. It's not like the servers are serving you the take away food. It's in a plastic bag then brought to your table. So please be aware of this!

CAME TO THE RESTAURANT WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE, THE WAITRESS DID POORLY AT REMEMBERING SOMEONES MAIN COURSE MEAL, DIDNT EVEN PUT THE ORDER IN. I AND ONE OTHER PERSON GOT FOOD POISONING ‼️ DIARRHEA ‼️ THINK ITS FROM CROSS CONTAMINANTS OR EITHER THE CRAB SOUP‼️ I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM, FROM FEELING DEHYDRATED, FROM DIARRHEA, CAUSED FROM EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ‼️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT‼️
