Ok so it was a Sunday 1/11/26 and me and my 3yo did not have any plans so i figured we go out grab coffee nd her fav choc croissant š„ nd get a few things at target. It was 2 ladies back there and they were not setup at all . No bakery items out nothing plus it was already 930ish . So Iām like ok cool but they was also bickering bout showing up and helping out . So i assume they dnt typically wrk there but maybe in the actual target . Also i noticed one of them look like they was still sleep or high idk but it was literally pissing me off to take so long and not put any type of effort into ppl beverages. I pay extra for caramel and all tht stuff and it was not even in the cup. The 2nd lady immediately walked away and went about acting like she had other things to do ie, hiding in the back so she did not assist anyone. Waited a whole hr just for 1 coffee and a croissant that was forgot about. Terrible service . Terrible

They put one kid up here during the holidays who usually has zero sense of urgency and is expected to ring people up and make the drinks. 25 minutes in line with just 3 people in front of me. Get it together

At first, I thought it was just a good day. The second time, I thought it was just because it was the same person as last time. Now, the 6th time, Iāve had SEVERAL different people make this drink and it comes out the exact same way every time! I donāt know why but this location makes it the absolute best! And the second best is the other Starbucks in Glen Burnie in the south dale plaza. Itās not a hard drink but idk, some places it just doesnāt come out as great as these two locations. So Kudos to these teams!!!!!

Purchased my drinks, as I always do every week. Today I ordered the same way with two pumps of flavor and when I received my drink, I left to go home. Took a drink and my drink was totally ruined....had way more than 2 pumps. If I'm paying 6 plus dollars for a drink and I do this a couple times a week, I want exactly what I order. No to mention as my wife and I were standing to pay, the lady working reached around and hit skip so I wasn't able to put my phone number in and walked to make our drinks, my wife walked away as I stood there with my card paying, the lady stated to my wife the payment is still up ..... What was that?? I was right there paying .... For a drink I didn't drink, my trashcan did.

They always cancel your drive up order because they're always out of stuff.

Rude workers. They always run out of supplies. When you asked to warm your croissants itās always not working. If thereās 2 or 3 of them they just keep chatting with each other and customers are just standing in the line. Donāt even waste your time going to this place, its definitely a waste of time.

The tables were dirty and broken. They follow the Starbucks recepies so that is as expected but would have expected at some point they would clean at least 1 of the 3 tables that are in the store. I would avoid sitting down at this starbucks as it is dirty.

Literally spent $35 on coffees and lemonades for a family of 4 and they were completely awful. First they were out of the frappucino mix we wanted, but whatever, I can underatand that. So, we got mocha lattes instead and the coffees tasted and smelled like chemicals and the kids lemonades were sour and bitter. What a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Our drinks have been made wrong the last two times we ordered at this Starbucks location. I will NEVER buy drinks from this location again.

Very hit or miss. A young man got my order perfect Monday and just today on Friday my drink is wrong. I ordered a London Fog and ended up paying $5.65 for a regular earl grey. No vanilla, no foamed milk.

The WORST Starbucks to go to. For 4 weeks now they say their blender is not working therefore they can't make Frappuccinos. What a shame! Okay, I decided to order a pink drink, and guess what? They don't have coconut milk powder, they don't have strawberries. Close that thing down please, it's a waste of space and people's time.
I swear I visit this location once a year. And they always are out of something! Today I stood in line for 15 mins just to be told they could not make any frappucino's.
