I placed my order and after 15 minutes, no latte was prepared. The employee dismissed me saying they were busy and it would be "right out", but newer customers' lattes were coming out before mine. In addition, there was no toffee nut flavor as I requested. The new location is great, but baristas need training.

I don't understand these negative reviews at all, this has been the most pleasant Starbucks experience in my life! I wasn't having a great day before I stopped in, but the smiles and the cheerfulness of ALL the employees was more than enough to put a smile on my face and brighten up my mood! The staff is awesome at this location!

Why have a drive through lane if NO cars are going to move. The bacon to my double smoked bacon was not even cooked well. I might as well have parked and walked inside the store as if I didn't have to go to work. I also sat in my car for 5 whole minutes until someone greeted me to take my order. This place has terrible customer service.

Who wants to spend over $5 for a 3/4 filled coffee. Literally this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I got a grande latte and the damn cup was 3/4 filled. They are literally taking money and not giving us what we actually paid for. Starbucks are crooks and overpriced. I'll just stick to Dunkin' for my coffees.

If I can give them a zero I would. I sent my coworker to pick up my order and it seems like they do not look at the app orders as all. My order wasn’t completed and it was over 11 mins before I arrived and then once my coworker went there to pick it up she had to call me because the cakes I order wasn’t there. They just threw it in the bag not even warm up.

The poor reviews don't surprise me. I had to wait a few minutes for the counter person to show his face. He apologized and stated that he was conducting the nightly inventory. The short pink Haired person was loudly stating their dissatisfaction with my arrival over the head set.. not sure if they realized the size of their voice or not. Well my drink was made incorrect and I asked the barista who made it if they had made it a certain way.. she was in such a rush to make my drink that she didn't read the instructions and I asked her to make it right. She agreed and went back to make it. This is when the loud mouth, short pink haired person decided to voice their opinion again. " I would never let anyone boss me around, I don't like being bossed around." "He would have to just take it like it is if it was me" So much for the second home feel, which is really a shame because I have been coming to this Starbucks for a really long time and am close with many of the folks who work here and now work at other stores. Update. Went in today asked for my ice first, espresso second and then coffee for my iced coffee. Took the entire staff to get it wrong twice,before

I really love my Starbucks. I have been going for years and even used to work at one. So I tried this Starbucks out hoping it would be just like any other one. However, every time I go, they cannot seem to make my drink right. It's just a frapp, typically coffee or matcha. Nothing complicated. By the taste is always off. I've went three different times and it's the same issue over and over. The staff also wasn't the friendliest and didn't seem to want to give you the time of day. Hopefully that changes!

This Starbucks has never given any issues until the last three times I've gone. I have sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on my two frappuccino drinks. Today in particular is what set me off to write a review to turn people away from this location. Today I went through the drive thru at 7:15 PM and did not receive my drink until 7:34. I ordered a grande s'mores frappuccino and a venti s'mores frappuccino. While waitkkf for my drinks every member of the team was taking their time and laughing while there was a line wrapped around the building. I heard the guy making my drinks state " I don't know how to make a s'mores frappuccino" the girl working the window handed me my gramde s'mores and it looked okay, not the best I've seen from this location and other Starbucks. Then my Venti comes 10 minutes later and its completely white with no dome lid for whip cream as well as no chocolate sauce. The girl working the window stated "sorry were out of venti lids" I took my grande dome lid off and placed it on my venti cup and wouldn't you know it, it fit. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Neither does the shift lead. I'm not sure if they hired brand new kids or what the problem is. But there has been a significant decline in this locations performance. For the money everyone pays for their drinks, it should be worth the money spend. Dunking donuts has done so much better with their coffee drinks while Starbucks is lacking.

We have been going here for awhile now and never had any issues. The last two times I've gone, it's taken almost 10 min to get 2 drinks made. You can see the employees in there talking and taking their sweet time. I said something to the lady working the drive thru and she didn't even apologize for it taking so long. To top it off, my drink does not taste good.

I tend to visit this Starbucks on Sundays to get a quick fix on my way to church. Occasionally, I've had some negative experiences with wait times both inside the store and in the drive through. Recently, I have been ordering ahead of time through the app and my order is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. Overall, the staff members are friendly and upbeat. They carry a selection of cups, mugs, tumblers, and bags of coffee as well. It is located near a shopping center and there is no direct access from the main road into the parking lot. You must either enter through the shopping center parking areas or off a side road. This can be confusing for some folks. Nonetheless, it's situated conveniently and near access to Highway 100.
