Deliberately making the drinks EXTRAAA hot. This doesn’t always happen and keeps happening when the black haired girl with bangs and glasses who never wears a name tag makes our beverages. This has also happened to my friend and she doesn’t know her name either whenever she is on bar. What is the deal? We had to turn back around and arrive. I saw her look at us coming back with our drinks and smirk through the front window. Upon confrontation they blame it on the machine, but as a barista at another store I know it’s BS because if there was ever an issue with the machines or anything you call it in and they fix it within a week but this has been going on for months. It’s the audacity that a barista would have acting like they were unaware when I know they feel how hot the milk is when they wash off the milk pitchers and the metal is scolding too. Attitude is a complete 1/10, and it makes you feel like they’re doing it b/c of a secret vendetta.

I putvan order in and almost 25 minutes later i still didn’t have and noone knew where it was or why it wasn’t made,so i will never go to any Starbucks again IT WAS JUST

So this review is based off multiple visits. This location has nice staff, but they are a bit slow with the mobile orders. And to be honest this location is never that busy compared to other locations. Its pretty tame so I dont understand why they can be so slow. But also the drinks are always off in taste. Idk what it is but they arent following the recipes at all. My brown sugar shaken espresso is always nasty and bitter from this location. Its like they are forgetting a step. But anyway thats the review. I hope they improve

Today went to this Starbucks after many messes up to give it one last try and it was so bad ! I had a young man hand me my drink and the color was so light all you taste is the milk to a asked him to re make it then he hands me it again and it look the same so I said I also asked for extra Carmel drizzle and extra crunches for my caramel ribbon, Frappuccino well now he has an attitude bc I asked for more caramel there was no caramel in the 2nd drink he made me so then he made another one and guess what it still tastes just like the first drink with too much milk I spend way to much money to not get good service or a good drink I goto Starbucks everyday to be spending this type of money you should get what you want or atleast when the advertise photo looks like!

Why are you asking for a tip in the drive thru? And asking only the people using cards. If the customer wants to tip, that great but asking for a tip is wild

I pre-ordered my coffee and breakfast wrap for pick up. I get to the store and my drink was ready but there was over a 10 minute wait to pick up the breakfast wrap and it wasn't busy. I took a sip from my regularly ordered coffee and it tasted awful. I want to mention that when I came to the store it was because my notification said my order was ready to pick up. Very disappointed with the service and quality this time.

Had one of the exit doors locked for some reason, when I asked if I could unlock it for them the manager told me “NO” without further explanation. I watched at least 3 people, including myself, run into the door. I thought that was against the law?
