If I could leave 0 stars, I would. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend! I had a DoorDash order to pick up. Nobody said hello or welcome in when I walked in, absolutely nothing! And I do understand the store can get busy but a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice! I waited 7 minutes before someone finally walked over and asked what I was waiting on? 7 freaking minutes later! After multiple employees made drinks and food and sat them on the counter and nobody thought to speak. DIABOLICAL!

They gave me an ICED latte with no ice this is room temperature……. I ordered through DoorDash. When I spoke with Carey. The store manager he or she said it probably “melted” smh…… I received it with no ice.

Understaffed! It's a shame that customers who actually walk in, get the worst service. Was ignored for several minutes, before my order was taken. Starbucks needs to do something! Mobile orders, delivery and drive thru has regular customers being treated like an inconvenience!

Deliberately making the drinks EXTRAAA hot. This doesn’t always happen and keeps happening when the black haired girl with bangs and glasses who never wears a name tag makes our beverages. This has also happened to my friend and she doesn’t know her name either whenever she is on bar. What is the deal? We had to turn back around and arrive. I saw her look at us coming back with our drinks and smirk through the front window. Upon confrontation they blame it on the machine, but as a barista at another store I know it’s BS because if there was ever an issue with the machines or anything you call it in and they fix it within a week but this has been going on for months. It’s the audacity that a barista would have acting like they were unaware when I know they feel how hot the milk is when they wash off the milk pitchers and the metal is scolding too. Attitude is a complete 1/10, and it makes you feel like they’re doing it b/c of a secret vendetta.
