Great location to people watch. Well lit and the staff are trained well. Plenty of seating for small groups to individual seats. WiFi is fast and the location is really clean

Staff was very slow making the drinks. Waited 30 mins in the store and they didn’t even start making our drinks. The cashier made the excuse that they were making cafe, online, and delivery orders and that’s why they were so slow. Hire and schedule more staff if you can’t keep up with the amount of customers patronizing your store.
Excellent customer service. I'm not at all a Starbucks person, my woman sent me n the people working were very understanding n accommodating that I was just the errand boy n didn't know exactly what I was supposed to be getting ???

I walked into this Starbucks expecting to purchase a regular earl grey. There were about 3 or 4 people in front of me. Why did it take 15 mins for the line to move? Since I couldn't wait any longer, I left the establishment without being able to purchase my tea. I don't understand what the hold up was. Gotta catch this Starbucks before they're busy. Wasn't about to spend 25 mins in line for a cup of tea.
