We used the drive through, which is awkward to get to. customer service was very good. we ordered venti hot chocolates and pumpkin bread. The cups we only 3/4 full and the pumpkin bread continues to go downhill. Not as good of flavor and not fresh. I didn't want it heated. they heated it anyway, probably because it wasn't fresh. Disappointed in the quality, I expect more from Starbucks.

I visited this Starbucks drive thru today, and like most times, the service was very slow. The lines—both inside and in the drive-through—move at a snail’s pace. Sunday afternoons are especially bad. It seems like the drive-through agents spend more time chatting with customers than actually moving the line along.
If you’re in a rush, this is not the place to go. Bring a lot of patience, because you’ll need it. Unfortunately, the slow and inattentive service really brings down the experience.

I ordered the spicy falafel left took a huge bite only to realize it was something with chicken and cheese, I’m vegan 😐😐😐. This makes me never want to eat at Starbucks again. If someone orders a vegan sandwich they should double check their orders since that’s the only vegan item

Literally the WORST Starbucks. Service is SUPER slow. Drinks never taste the same based on who’s making it. Staff always standing around socializing and goofing around when the place is packed. It sucks this is the closest one to my house🤦🏽♂️

This location is one of 2 in the area that makes the best drinks. The staff is super friendly. My go to drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it’s usually made correctly.
Recently though, I ordered this drink and it was super white - way too much cream. I asked the barista if I could get some more cold brew but was told No. They were not willing to remake the drink correctly. It was super sweet and had much more cream than cold brew coffee. Disappointing.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to, but their new employee (braids, working cashier) is RUDE! last time i was here, she had an attitude that i marked my pick-up order to pick up inside, but changed my mind and picked up drive-thru, like girl it’s hard for you to take 3 extra steps and get my drink? today i had to place my order inside since their system is down, i ordered a venti iced caramel latte. i waited literally forever, i asked when id be next, she tells me the macchiato is in the pick up area ready. i tell her i ordered a latte, not a macchiato. she asks if i want her to remake it.. well duh! you made the wrong drink, id like the drink i paid for. then she had an attitude remaking the drink, and it tastes like garbage. waste of money, save your time and go to a different location.
