This location is one of 2 in the area that makes the best drinks. The staff is super friendly. My go to drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it’s usually made correctly.
Recently though, I ordered this drink and it was super white - way too much cream. I asked the barista if I could get some more cold brew but was told No. They were not willing to remake the drink correctly. It was super sweet and had much more cream than cold brew coffee. Disappointing.

Quick and convenient coffee drive-thru service, though my drink wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked. I’ll return for the fast service, but they could improve by ensuring drinks are served piping hot.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to, but their new employee (braids, working cashier) is RUDE! last time i was here, she had an attitude that i marked my pick-up order to pick up inside, but changed my mind and picked up drive-thru, like girl it’s hard for you to take 3 extra steps and get my drink? today i had to place my order inside since their system is down, i ordered a venti iced caramel latte. i waited literally forever, i asked when id be next, she tells me the macchiato is in the pick up area ready. i tell her i ordered a latte, not a macchiato. she asks if i want her to remake it.. well duh! you made the wrong drink, id like the drink i paid for. then she had an attitude remaking the drink, and it tastes like garbage. waste of money, save your time and go to a different location.

I really wish they would stop marking the order ready when it’s not. I have ordered online and wait until it says my order is ready but when I get there it’s not and I have to wait and 7-10 mins.
Jun 30 I am doing Line and then they tell me that it is closed 2:15 pm but they said that closed at 8pm Sunday makes no sense
This used to be my favorite place, but the employees that provided top quality service, such as Tara and Megan, are no longer there. Drink orders are taking twice as long to make, and one new employee has an attitude with almost every customer. Nice sitting area inside and out. Free parking. First floor, wheelchair accessible.

The food and drink were great, so were the employees. They seemed short handed that day. I highly recommend ordering on line as I had to flag down an employee to take my order inside, then had finished eating my bagel before my drink was made. About 10 -15 minutes from start to end to be fully served. I only went to Starbucks because I had a gift card. I'll try a different location next time, or make sure I have plenty of time to be served so I'm not stressing about the time.

Horrible experience today by manager in charge Jule . Misapplying the Starbucks app policy. Unfortunately they don’t service clients timely and we don’t need the attitude either! Check yourself before you wreck yourself. From what I see the service and staff is doing down hill really fast.

Garbage Starbucks. Twice now I've checked the app before ordering because I solely wanted a specific food item only to get to the store and find out that they didn't have what I ordered after getting there -- and if you order on the app they cant even give you your money back, they refund it to the app so you're stuck in a negative feedback loop ordering from this garbage store that doesn't update the app.
