I visit this location 5 days a week and more often than not my coffee is just OK BUT on 12/24 there was a young man working at 6:40am alone. He said he was by himself for 20 more minutes. The service was no slower than usual and my coffee was one of the best I've had from there. Kudos to this young man- I wish I'd gotten his name.

Everytime I visit this location not one person greets, and they do not acknowledge that there's someone waiting for a café order. As someone who has worked for starbucks before it's awful seeing this. Today was my second walking out of this location without ordering. I understand busy but to blatantly be ignored is crazy.

I placed an order thru doordash for a venti iced caramel macchiato with cold foam. and when i received it was with no cold foam. What can i do?? i payed for it

Only 2 employees working. Insanely slow. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru only to get the wrong drink.
Drink was fine but waiting 20 minutes in line for only 2 cars ahead is insane.

We used the drive through, which is awkward to get to. customer service was very good. we ordered venti hot chocolates and pumpkin bread. The cups we only 3/4 full and the pumpkin bread continues to go downhill. Not as good of flavor and not fresh. I didn't want it heated. they heated it anyway, probably because it wasn't fresh. Disappointed in the quality, I expect more from Starbucks.
