Daily SB customer. Have tried this loc twice. Both times they skimp on drink recipe! Purchased 4 Misto's & recv'd basically black burnt coffee mud w/only a tbsp AT MOST of hot milk. DEF not steamed! So irritating to drive away, and not receive what you ordered. $10 for black coffee and a splash of cream, NO. Worth the couple miles to go to a different SB who knows the recipes.

This Hass to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life never in my life have I had to wait 30 minutes in line for one small drink. I ordered a strawberry açai with lemonade and they forgot the strawberries. I drove 10 minutes back to get them to correct it and instead of them trying to correct it I was given attitude by not only one of the employees but the manager as well. I don’t know if they were racist or what but she told me next time just let us know and I said, what do you mean next time I drove back here to let you know that you messed up my order, and instead of your employee apologizing for it, she told me I got youI’m more than sure this is not the way Starbucks wants to be represented and they don’t need to have little sassy racist girls with bad attitudes running the establishment

So I'm a tea drinker and I've been drink the jade citrus mint for over a decade. Went to order it yesterday and I was told they no longer sell jade citrus mint as a tea. I would have to order the honey citrus tea and take everything off in order to get the jade citrus. That just makes zero sense to me.

Estimated time for my coffee was 4-7 minutes. I placed my order and it over doubled once they had my money. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Very disappointed.

First, we love the atmosphere of this Starbucks location. Parking can be tight during busy hours but that's not a big issue. The store is clean, the lounge seating is inviting and comfortable enough to sit for awhile.The two biggest issues at this particular location: the staff and wait time. There are two fantastic team members, a young woman with short black (maybe dark blue?) hair and another young woman with black hair with bangs and glasses - they are always upbeat and friendly. Today, a young woman named Mollie took our order and seemed as if our presence bothered her, which was upsetting since we frequent this location often. Mollie, in addition to seeming annoyed, spoke so softly that we had a hard time hearing her over the music and atmosphere. When we asked if she could repeat what she said it seemed to bother her more. Additionally, the frappuccino I ordered today was not a creamy iced drink as usual but instead a chunky mashed ice (see photo). I drank half and threw the rest out. Hopefully this was just an off day for whoever made it today.Today's negative staff experience aside, one thing we always notice at this location compared to others is the very long wait time. A large iced drink and medium frappuccino, our usual order (with no fancy/crazy requests) takes 12-16 minutes on average. It doesn't matter if other guests are in the store or not, the wait time is always long. We never are in a hurry so it's not a major inconvenience but if you plan to stop here before work please be prepared to wait.We like the seating and drinks are usually very good, but staff friendliness and prompt drinks would be recommended for this Starbucks.

I’m done ordering from here. Everytime I order from here through Uber eats they forget something, my last order I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they didn’t put the cream cheese in the bag, next order they forget to put a straw in the bag so I can drink my drink

I pre-ordered my coffees at 11:44am. Arrived at starbucks at 12:00pm. At 12:12 asked how much longer for my order, they side shortly because they only have one person in the cold area. Then I asked again at 12:15pm and the Manger didn't know. So I asked for my money back. I waited 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee and still didn't get my cups! The manager just gave me my refund and didn't try to get my order together or recompense me in any way.I did not recommend this location!

Service at this location has been steadily declining. I've been coming here almost every day over 2 years because it's near my workplace, mostly I've used the drive-thru. Sometimes I was the only person in the drive-thru lane, yet after ordering I still waited at least 15 minutes to get my order, most of the time without employee interaction - no one even opening the window to say "Sorry, it'll be a while." One day I waited so long at the window, I ended up parking and going inside to find out what was going on, and there weren't even any other customers inside. I told the employee behind the counter that I'd been waiting almost 20 minutes for my order, and they said the person working the drive-thru went on break...So they shut down that part of the operation after I ordered?!? Starbucks drinks aren't cheap, I've always been respectful to employees, and I've always tipped above standard, so it's not asking too much to get better customer service. I don't know if it's the leadership, but clearly there's a problem at this location. I've given the benefit of the doubt often and I've spent an exorbitant amount of money here, but never again.

Ive been going there for three years and there service has declined they always screw up my drink order and then I have to park and walk in I think there is a new team always new faces lately miss the old crew they knew me by name and knew my drink
