Giant-Starbucks

I came in on 7/28/25 around 3:30 - 4:30pm. Ty took care of me beyond the call of duty. I got two drinks and he noticed I had some mobility issues and made it really easy for me to carry both drinks with one hand. He insisted on making it easier for me to carry. So, he cut up a drink carrier tray in half and put my drinks in one of them then put them in a Starbucks bag (just like they do for delivery drivers) So, that I could easily carry both drinks just by holding the bag with one hand. He went above and beyond with a great personality and just was so sweet! I wish more people that work with customers had that kind of customer service, kindness and empathy. I've never had this level of customer care from a Starbucks worker in my life and I'm a frequent visitor. Thank you again so much, Ty! I hope you had a great day and a great rest of your week and I wish you nothing but the best! You deserve a raise and then some!

Im not sure of her name but a woman that was working at 7:50 pm on July 5th , 2025 completly made my day so much better with her softness, care, and sympathized with my bad day. She was very sweet as well so I hope this helps whomever see her potential.

Bad service, they treat one with attitude, I ordered a caremel frappucino, nothing like asuca. And when I claimed that it was bitter. I attended to someone with a very bad attitude ?????

you’re better off going across the street, 90% of the time they get your order wrong or the drink tastes awful. They got giant workers behind the counter so im not surprised but still i cant recall one time i was satisfied with ordering from here

Still feeling hungry with the small sizes of our lunch at the restaurant near here, we decided to walk to this restaurant for desserts and coffee. There are tables outside where customers can dine as well as inside with ample distance between tables. Service was fast and friendly. Our brownies were soft and delicious; our Mocha Coffee highly complimented these brownies. My sister and I enjoyed our dining experience here and will definitely eat here again!

Pumpkin spice cold brew was great. Baristas here always make my drinks perfect, not too sweet, not too bland.

Great coffee! I ordered their seasonal Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew .. it was delicious!
