I recently visited this Starbucks and was thoroughly underwhelmed. It took an unacceptable 15 minutes to prepare my single drink order, with no apology offered for the delay.
While my drink was made correctly and tasted good, the seating area was uncomfortable, and the music selection was poor. To make matters worse, the staff would occasionally increase the volume of certain songs, creating an uninviting atmosphere.
As a customer, I expect a more welcoming experience, especially from a reputable brand like Starbucks. Unfortunately, this location fell short. I would not return.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews, especially as someone in the hospitality industry, but after seeing others share similar experiences, I felt it was necessary.
Yesterday, I placed an order for a spinach feta wrap and an iced refresher at 10:20 AM. I arrived at 10:32 AM, and only my drink was ready—no big deal since they were busy. However, I ended up standing with my drink in hand for 10 minutes, completely ignored.
Even after 15 minutes of waiting (and 27 minutes since ordering), the staff—three of them—paused their work to chat. When I finally said “excuse me” to the girl putting orders down, she looked at me with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and said, “it’ll be up when it’s ready.” I pointed out the backed-up food orders, and sure enough, she found my cold wrap sitting there. She shoved it at me with no apology or pleasantries.
For reference, the girl had red hair, facial piercings, and a 444 tattoo on the top her wrist—not very spiritual of her, I fear :/
I’ve gotten bad service at this location before but continue to go because it’s on my way to work. I will be going out of my way from now on.

Not sure if they are protesting in solidarity with other starbucks employees on strike in other states today but the coffee was absolutely atrocious today. No way they mess up a drink like this on accident. Avoid today at the minimum, the employees there right now are not paying attention.

Very slow service, waited in drive through for 20 mins. The app had barely anything available to select via mobile order. The drink I ordered was mid. The customer service at this location needs a lot of improvement, and a management change. Better off going to another Starbucks location for your drinks!

We had a car in front of us in drive through for maybe 10 minutes, my boyfriend looked down at his phone as the person was pulling away, then a red haird angry barista hung out of the drive through window clapping aggressively at us with a very angry look on her face. I couldn't believe it. I used to work at this Starbucks years ago and customer service was so important. On top of the extremely rude encounter the drinks were awful. Too expensive to leave feeling like garbage. Won't be back.

Was stoked to see some other reviews that notice the same issues I did. I was here a few days while I was back in Pasadena visiting family. The bathrooms were dirty, trash everywhere, and had no toilet paper, informing the staff (tall, pink/red haired freckled girl), she just kind of didn't care, they never restocked it for the 2 hours I was there. I brought some in from my car!
There's 6-8 people working but no one on register, they seemed completely annoyed to get in the register. Tried to be overly nice to the tall girl previously mentioned, she was just annoyed.
Maybe the job sucks. I'm sure drive-thru and mobile is a priority but they should just require mobile orders and remove the register at this point. The mobile order/drive thru girls were friendly. I would recommend another location, like Severna Park.

This Starbucks is off the beaten path. It's on Mountain Road but if you don't know the area it would be easy to drive right by. The food and drinks is good, The usual Starbucks..

Everytime I come to this location, you are not greeted or talked to unless you yell out for someone, and the orders take sooooo long to be ready. I’ve waited 25mins for an order that should only take 3 minutes. ‘Management also does not show I sign of care or urgency when it comes down to the customers and customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you they look past you or around you. I really dislike coming here.

i had accidentally placed my order for a different Starbucks location, and this location ended up giving me my order on the house. was not expecting that at all, but i’m super grateful. awesome staff, thank you!

The caramel with the chunks in the whipped cream and it's a frappe is my number one if you ever think of me please remember my birthday is July 5th and I would die to have another drink

Every time I go to this Starbucks it takes a long time to make me just two drinks. Today I wait almost 40 minutes for two drinks. The people who work there are very slow and are more willing to make the drive-thru drinks. They should be more attentive to the customers in the lobby too. They gave me the wrong drinks, please improve your service.
