This Starbucks has such a warm, inviting interior and one of the nicest staffs I’ve encountered. The ambiance inside makes it a great place to relax, work, or catch up with a friend, and the team was genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They clearly care about creating a great customer experience, and it shows.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it basically tasted like hot milk. Hardly any coffee flavor or white mocha flavor. Hands down worst Starbucks drink I’ve had. And the wait was awful. 20 minutes which is crazy. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if my drink was good, but unfortunately it’s not. Waste of money and time. The barista who took my order was super friendly though.

We pulled up to the drive-thru with one person in line ahead of us. It took us 20 minutes to get our order. I ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino in a personal cup. The drink looked correct but tasted very wrong. Like they dumped a bunch of old coffee in the bottom or something. It was disgusting. We had already driven away when I tasted it. But I couldn't even finish it.
The woman who took our order was friendly. But sadly, this Starbucks location consistently takes forever. I usually avoid it because of this.

Probably the worst experience I've had here I take my dog to the pet smart up the road and ill never be back , changing your business practices without telling people is shitty business practice

Starbucks is Starbucks. The place was so inefficient. 9 people behind the counter. In their defense, the place was pretty busy. It took about 30 minutes after ordering to get one drink.

Constantly ask for a tip at the drive through on a dirty pin pad. It takes a couple seconds to clean. I question whether everything else in there is being cleaned before coffee and food are being made.

I stopped by this Starbucks before work today and had such a great experience. The whole team was so kind and welcoming. I could tell the manager was present after looking the business cards I saw his name was bryce, and I really want to commend him—his leadership truly stood out. You could see how he uplifted his team and created such a positive environment. As a manager myself, I know how important that culture is, and it was really inspiring to witness. Thank you to the team for making my visit such a genuinely refreshing start to the day!
