Quite possibly and literally the slowest Starbucks I have EVER been to. I consistently wait 15-20 minutes for my coffee no matter how many people are in line. They're always giving out the wrong orders. Ordered a coffee received a Chai. Its sad it's the closest Starbucks to my job. Please try to figure out how to speed up the service here , I've heard from others this location has been consistently slow for years. People are trying to get to work or are on break. Every single other Starbucks I have gone to is fast and prompt and gives the correct order.

Sat in the drive-thru line for 8 minutes & never moved. Left, got on the highway sitting at the traffic light & just before I drove away...that first car finally moved. It is always so slow.

Edited: i shouldnt be here for 20 min when its dead. They messed up 2 of my drinks and in stead of fixing them right away they keep pushung my order to be the last one. I ALREADY PAID and they messed up. They dont seem to care. Alao the tree that is in front of the drive thru is in the way of being able to see oncomming traffic coming from the apartments.I'm ready to stop going to this location even tho it's the closest one to me until I get further into glen burnie. For the last year and a half,80% of the time that I go here, they mess up my order. I dont understand how this happens so often. And most of the workers arent even friendly, they're just blah,of course there are a few that are really nice and I'm glad that they usually have no issues fixing it obviously but this takes extra time at an already busy place and I'm not impressed that it happens so frequent. I've actually had a few friends and family tell me they wont goto this location anymore either bc they cant get orders right. I mean...how do screw up a cake pop order? Lol (not this visit for cake pop mistake,but of course my drink was).

This location is friendly and has good service. Long lines but it moves pretty quick.
I normally go to this Starbucks as it is the closest one to me. I tried earlier in the day, around 3 pm and the line was wrapped around the store. No big deal, I decided to come back around 6:30. I just got home; it’s now 7:40 at night. Not much of a line this time when I went, but the wait was unreal. And at one point you can’t even leave because you’re in the drive thru with a curb on either side, so you’re stuck. The woman in front of me paid and waited an additional 10 minutes to get her order! I’m glad she said something. I heard her ask “how long does it take to make an iced tea?” I myself waited 5 minutes after paying because they hadn’t made one of my drinks yet. Seriously?I counted one guy waiting in the store from what I could see, and at least 4 employees shuffling around behind the counter, so it’s not like it was one person holding down the fort. It will be awhile before I return to this Starbucks, because I’m not interested in spending roughly 700 years in line. Get your life together, GB Starbucks.

Asked for liquid cane syrup to be added to my drink, the barista taking my order in the drive thru charged me for classic syrup when my partner tried to correct her she told us it's the same thing; it's not and my drink has a nasty artificial sweet taste and we were ignored in the drive thru not even a simple hello from the person giving us the order.

The staff is wonderful, as are the drinks, but the manager is absolutely insane. Some of the best baristas are being fired for no reason or petty things, despite going above and beyond, and others feel as though management has a target on their back. It’s horrible, and people are being treated unfairly by managers. Heck, the whole region is firing people out of nowhere. This store is the reason a lawsuit is going to happen.

not normally a starbucks person, but i just happened to have gone through the drive thru a few times these past few days. wait can be a little long, but that is to be expected on a weekend morning/early afternoon, especially with the starbucks labor cuts i have been hearing about where stores are short staffed. imogen has helped me the recent times i have been and she is just always so pleasant and goes above and beyond, even when she is slammed with cars wrapped around the building and working both the ordering screen and the window by herself. i am a server, my job is literally to kiss up to people and i cant even manage to be as pleasant as her 100% of the time when im that busy. drinks have also been on point so kudos to whoever was on bar! ?☕️????
