Tried to return an entire uneaten sub due to shredded lettuce had brown wilted pieces. Unfortunately, I could not locate my receipt and was told the sub could not be replaced. I contacted subway.com still waiting to see how they will resolve the issue, Buyer be aware check your sub and hang onto that receipt. A customer that was in the store told me he had the same issue but corporate resolved it. Let's see what the outcome will be.

My job ordered lunch for us (about 11-14 people), and we were not satisfied. Hot sandwiches were left cold, and several items were missing from the order..When a substantial amount of money is being spent and they were tipped an extra $30 , you would think they would try to get the order correct..not one sandwich was toasted as requested and the meatballs were cold .we order luch all the time but not from this subway anymore 😕 👎🏾

They accept Subway coupons whereas other branches do not. I have found 4 other subways that do not. I was impressed that this one was well run and stocked and person who made both of my subs did exactly as I asked

I went here at 12pm on a Monday(Lunch time) and was told by store employee he couldn't help us, because he had a call out, he's working by himself and he's going go take a 15 minute break!!!!!!! In that case he should've locked the door and put a sign up be back in 15 minutes.

A couple days a week me and my group of individuals w/intellectual disabilities come here for lunch. Tay the lady that works here is so nice and friendly with my group. Makes our subs doesn’t have a problem with our orders. She speaks clearly so we all understand and has a friendly smile on her face. I do my best to only come when she is working. The others that work there are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The manager seems like she has an attitude so we stay clear from them. Just wanted to make sure she is rewarded for her hospitality and does her job well!!

October 29, 2024. 12-1pm. There is a new young man that I met today, he was really nice and trying his best. I get the same thing everyday and I watch my normal sever named Wayne every time. The new young man did nothing different but the lady who seemed like a manager threw away the churro without explaining why, and just said "because you didn't make it correctly" with a really bad snippy attitude and eye roll as if he's been there for months. then didn't explain or show him what to do. But my churro was made the same way he made it the first time. I really think this young lady needs to go or she will drive everyone away. I will leave this by saying 1. Wayne and the young man is what I expect walking in the store if the lady's there I'm out and 2. she definitely doesn't deserve to be a manager if she's one and 3. the store was not busy at all. I was only 1 of 3 customers and the other 2 customers also seemed to be patient with the young man.

Walked in starving and the lone employee working did an awesome job. Lots of people waiting but he proceeded to take care of everyone in a timely fashion. He definitely needs a gold star and hopefully a raise!
