A couple days a week me and my group of individuals w/intellectual disabilities come here for lunch. Tay the lady that works here is so nice and friendly with my group. Makes our subs doesn’t have a problem with our orders. She speaks clearly so we all understand and has a friendly smile on her face. I do my best to only come when she is working. The others that work there are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. The manager seems like she has an attitude so we stay clear from them. Just wanted to make sure she is rewarded for her hospitality and does her job well!!

October 29, 2024. 12-1pm. There is a new young man that I met today, he was really nice and trying his best. I get the same thing everyday and I watch my normal sever named Wayne every time. The new young man did nothing different but the lady who seemed like a manager threw away the churro without explaining why, and just said "because you didn't make it correctly" with a really bad snippy attitude and eye roll as if he's been there for months. then didn't explain or show him what to do. But my churro was made the same way he made it the first time. I really think this young lady needs to go or she will drive everyone away. I will leave this by saying 1. Wayne and the young man is what I expect walking in the store if the lady's there I'm out and 2. she definitely doesn't deserve to be a manager if she's one and 3. the store was not busy at all. I was only 1 of 3 customers and the other 2 customers also seemed to be patient with the young man.

Walked in starving and the lone employee working did an awesome job. Lots of people waiting but he proceeded to take care of everyone in a timely fashion. He definitely needs a gold star and hopefully a raise!

I was accompanying my daughter as she took her lunch break. I love the smell of the fresh bread, when you enter the place! I love that the ingredients are fresh as well! Great sandwiches!

Employees on their phone, no proper hand hygiene, they don’t even greet you or say anything when you come in despite you being the only customer. They seem miserable and look like they hate their job - which is understandable if you are making minimum wage. But attitude is everything, make the best of it and it will come back to you tenfold. If this how they act in front of you, I can’t imagine what they do behind you. Won’t be coming back here again.

Definitely a fortune-be-me ☘️stopping into this Subway to get The Contessa & me a footlong tuna with all the delish trimmings on hearty wheat while cavorting down Ritchie Hwy. “Angel called Asia”, a fine Subway gal herself, put our app order all together with a grand smile and a warmth of friendliness that could only cool me down on a dang blistering hot humid Baltimore day! Soooo nice! Now…. Gotta believe each and every time I plan to bust in to see my cousin at his business next to the MVA (pressure washers???), a quick stop to grab for a nosh a truly fine sandwich at this Subway is definitely a pleasurable must. *Thanks again for the big bountiful blessings, y’all!* ?✝️?
