If you use a coupon or promocode for a mobile order, use the other Subway on 2332 Mountain rd because they will cancel your order so they don't give discounts. My online order with the bogo went through then just before pick up this store canceled it so they don't have to offer the bogo discount. I reordered down the street to the other subway on Mountain and my bogo order was ready quickly.

This subway is new by Chipotle so you would think they would want happy customers, but was dissatisfied with the canceled order all because I used a nationally advertised bogo promo code that went through, but this particular store doesn't want to accept.

Worst subway spot, the boss or manager is rude. Does not accept any online promos. Is rude and rushing you. As well i found a roach crawling by the table they make the subs. -10. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING.
The subway on ritchie hwy is 10x better near tate dodge

I was wondering why there was some type of shield covering the glass where the meat is. Now I know that it is to hide the amount that they are actually putting on your sub. I ordered a foot long tuna and I swear they only put two scoops on it when it should have been four total. Then they flatten it out on the bread to make you think it is four scoops. They are literally ripping people off and not serving the proper portion sizes. That is why you can no longer see how much meat they are putting on your sub. No other Subway hides their meat from its customers. I also asked for green peppers and she put four strips on the entire sub. Four!! I asked for onions and there couldn’t have been any more than 6 tiny pieces. 6 on the entire sub. Not to mention the lettuce is brown. The bathroom was also blocked with two chairs and a milk crate. I was told there was a plumbing issue with water running everywhere. I will NEVER, EVER spend another penny at this Subway. EVER! This Franchisee needs to be reported… Seriously!!!!!

I choose a deal online buy one get one free when I ordered it went perfectly through but when I went to go pick it up they said, we couldn’t make it and we can’t accept it which they should’ve told us on the online order but down the street like 2mins away they gave us the exact same order.

Food and customer service was okay. When I was leaving I asked where the bathrooms were. I was told they are out of order. I asked what he does when he has to go, and he said he goes somewhere else. He said there is a problem with the drain.
BY LAW there must be a restroom and sink in facilities where food is served.

Tried to tell me a 6 inch wrap was a footlong and that it would really be one foot long once she cut the six inch in half. I ordered one of the new signature footlong chicken salad wraps, but what the clerk put on the "six inch footlong" was just dried up chicken that was definitely not chicken salad. There was no mayo, seasoning or anything resembling chicken salad. When I questioned her about the price for a half wrap she became very rude and insulting while insinuating that I don't know the difference between 6 inches and 12. This franchise should be revoked if they can't honor the Subway recipes, deals and special offers advertised in their store. I should have brought in the measuring tape out of my car and taken a picture of her half wrap - because they probably do this all the time. Many other reviews reflect the same experiences and poor customer service.

Waste of time. Shouldn't say open on the front of the building with customers inside and the door be locked. Why do you close early than your time say? Need new employees that will work when there supposed to.

The manager of this subway needs to be fired! They don't allow coupons, but allow their location to be listed as a location that accepts coupons in the app, so when you order from the app they just cancel any orders that use coupons. To top things off, today I placed an online order that didn't use any coupons and went to pick it up, and they told me they never received the order. I showed them the app with the order number and the app said my order was received and being made. After over 10 minutes of waiting and going back and forth, I demanded to see the finished orders behind the employee that were waiting for pickup, and after several more minutes of arguing and the employee telling me that none of those orders were mine, it turned out that one of the orders actually was mine. The employee begrudgingly gave me my order and didn't apologize for wasting my time.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We ordered on the app while sitting in the restaurant. Made eye contact with the man at the counter who definitely knew it was our order. Waited 15 minutes and checked on our order. Was told they don’t do coupons so it was. cancelled. I can’t imagine how many orders a day they have to cancel for that reason. No apology, no idea when we will be refunded. I have never written a bad review of a restaurant before but they really got me today.
