Went in today 11/30 at 8:09pm. First the guy behind was too busy on the phone and then he had headphones on maybe taking to someone. I greeted him and he looked mad at me because of the time I came in. At the counter he tells me that some coupons are not accepted. And I told him that I have been using it all month long and no one said anything. I also showed him that on the coupon the exemptions are stated. He still said we can’t do it. Please train your employees so be better at interacting with customers. And what the sales are.

Don’t bother coming here because they tell you they are closed during business hours when their open sign is on. I drove 15 minutes To get here because they are open until 9:30. Doors locked and walking out before 9:30pm.

I was standing there for 30 minutes, those two people there are very slow, there were only two people to serve and it took them more than 30 minutes, today is Monday, June 23 at 2:29 pm. My recommendation is that if you don't like the job, you can get the one you need, but the truth is they are pathetic, doing the work very slowly.

STAY CLEAR! Visit the location at 2332 Mountain before you ever order from this one. This Subway does not participate in coupons, is consistently out of product, calls 10 mins after ordering to cancel your order and is absolutely not customer oriented. Next closest location is quite the opposite and deserves the patronage.

Subway is a solid go-to for a fresh, customizable meal! I love how you can build your sandwich exactly the way you want it, with plenty of bread, protein, and topping options. Their veggies are always crisp, and the sauces take the flavors up a notch. The Italian B.M.T. and the Chicken Bacon Ranch are my favorites!
The service is usually quick and efficient, and the staff are friendly and patient, even when there’s a line. Plus, the cookies are a perfect sweet treat — soft, chewy, and so good.

As much as I pay for a sandwich, the amount of meat is unacceptable. This is why I don’t eat here often. I can make a better sandwich with more than 4 pieces of meat , two pieces of cheese for a foot long.
This place sucks. You’ll order through the app and use a coupon or something and take your money but when you get there they’ll tell you they don’t participate in that. Subway is already low end when it comes to sub shops but this one is definitely the worst.

If you use a coupon or promocode for a mobile order, use the other Subway on 2332 Mountain rd because they will cancel your order so they don't give discounts. My online order with the bogo went through then just before pick up this store canceled it so they don't have to offer the bogo discount. I reordered down the street to the other subway on Mountain and my bogo order was ready quickly.
This subway is new by Chipotle so you would think they would want happy customers, but was dissatisfied with the canceled order all because I used a nationally advertised bogo promo code that went through, but this particular store doesn't want to accept.
