The manager of this subway needs to be fired! They don't allow coupons, but allow their location to be listed as a location that accepts coupons in the app, so when you order from the app they just cancel any orders that use coupons. To top things off, today I placed an online order that didn't use any coupons and went to pick it up, and they told me they never received the order. I showed them the app with the order number and the app said my order was received and being made. After over 10 minutes of waiting and going back and forth, I demanded to see the finished orders behind the employee that were waiting for pickup, and after several more minutes of arguing and the employee telling me that none of those orders were mine, it turned out that one of the orders actually was mine. The employee begrudgingly gave me my order and didn't apologize for wasting my time.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We ordered on the app while sitting in the restaurant. Made eye contact with the man at the counter who definitely knew it was our order. Waited 15 minutes and checked on our order. Was told they don’t do coupons so it was. cancelled. I can’t imagine how many orders a day they have to cancel for that reason. No apology, no idea when we will be refunded. I have never written a bad review of a restaurant before but they really got me today.

This subway location is the WORST in portion sizes! My sub barely has any meat on it, it’s so thin that all I taste is the sub roll smdh. They always make excuses of why they’re not excepting coupons even though there’s no legitimate reason. Definitely go elsewhere!!

Decided to make a quick pit-stop at this location for lunch (wish I had taken the time check reviews) as I was short on time at the particular moment. Upon entering the establishment I noticed a female employee off to the left side of the entrance working on restocking some items. To my right was the ordering counter and there was another employee in the middle of making several subs for a single customer in the line. I hadn't ordered from Subway in a long time but it's usually an affordable and quick remedy for food when you're on the go. I waited patiently while examining the menu quietly to myself and noticed that I didn't see any cold-cut combos or subs on the menu at the time of this event. Not a huge hit on points in my book as you can still "create your own sub" here. About several minutes into waiting in line the female employee who was stocking began moving quickly to serve me as she rushed around and then behind the counter to serve me. I appreciated the move on her part but then things began to go south from there.She asked me what kind of sub I wanted in a very rude tone and seemed to be trying to rush me into answering her. I answered with a question on if they still had the cold-cut combo sub. She didn't really answer me but then proceed to sharply ask what kind of bread?! I said, "Oh, uh Italian is fine". When she grabbed the half-bread she didn't initially ask me if I wanted a half or whole sub and assumed I wanted a half-sub so I leaned over to let her know I wanted the whole. She then sighed and rolled her eyes and turned around to grab a whole other half-loaf of bread to prep. Once the bread was ready, she then asked, "Do you want this?" as she lifted a stack of sliced meat towards me. I wasn't sure what kind of protein it was so I asked her, "Which protein is that?" She didn't really answer but she leaned over to the other side of the counter and pointed out some other proteins but I just decided to go with the first set that she picked up. After the meat was set into the sub, she asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. I mentioned provolone, and then she asked if I wanted it to be toasted. Given that I initially wanted the sub to be a cold sub I said, "No, thank you". However, at this point she didn't seem to be listening because the entire time she was rushing through the process and she ended up assuming I said, "Yes" when I didn't and turned around and literally tossed the sub into the oven to toast anyway lol. After that she just skipped on over before I could reiterate that I didn't want it toasted and proceeded to try and check out the orders for the customer that had ordered several subs ahead of me and ignore me when I said twice over that, "ma'am I didn't want it toasted". The other employee saw my attempts and came over to assist and I mentioned the same to him that I didn't want it toasted. He apologized (as he was quite professional and courteous irregardless of the fact that it wasn't even his fault that the mistake happened). What happened next was why I initially mentioned that I should have checked reviews prior to trying this location. While I was interacting with the other employee who was working on fixing the sub, the female employee turned over (while in the middle of cashing out the other customer) and yells over at me saying, "I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANT IT TOASTED, YOU SAID NO!" I immediately shook my head and chuckled, "No, you were in such a rush that I guess you didn't listen to my answer, I said No, thank you. But, it's fine". The other employee ended up finishing the making of the sub and it was time for checkout. Checkout went without a hitch but that whole verbal exchange was enough to let me know that it's probably best to stay away from this particular location. This subway gave me the most insulting horrible experience ever. So I decided to eat at this subway in 6/17/23 but I went with a coupon that came from a paper from the mail.( I’ve been carrying these coupons around folded up in my purse so once I cut it out the paper it was a little wrinkled but was still valid and didn’t expire until 6/25/23). This subway was the only subway I’ve been to that stipulates their own exclusions for subs to use a coupon. Now once I was made aware of that from the lady working there she already showed discrimination towards me for having a coupon. She then focused her attention to another customer and told me to hold one second and went to service a customer who came after me. That’s the first red flag. So I chose from the list of subs that the coupon apply to. Once she got back to me and made my sub and rung me up at the register, she scanned my coupon and the computer supposively said system error/invalid. Remind you, my wrinkled valid coupon was still active and valid. She immediately gave the coupon back to me and insulted me by saying “the coupon was used already”. So I told her, that I had more coupons and I cut another coupon out in her face to show her that the coupons were not used and I had plenty more for her to scan. She then Scanned a second one and said “The system is down”. I then let her know that her response was very much insulting and I told her “ so I assume your saying this coupon I cut out in your face was used already as well.” Yes, I was very much insulted because from the door this money hungry greedy lady showed me poor customer service and discrimination because I had a coupon and patronizing with coupons seems not to be appreciated at this subway. I will never patronize this business and I recommend no one else to either. This franchise is family/friend owned and they are very tight with everything. Not to mention the three olives she put on the sub. I ended up walking out and patronizing “Pot Belly” next to this subway and was treated with dignity respect and great customer care. I will NEVER go back to this subway.

Very disappointed.. I’ve never had an issue with this Subway. Today I got the coupon flyer in the mail and decided to go get some subs. “Buy one foot long with a drink and get one foot long free”. I get in and show i have the coupon and was told some subs were not valid with the coupon. The young man showed me the sign that showed which subs were not included, okay no problem. The man and other lady working begin making the subs and all was okay until we got to register. All of a sudden the coupon was not valid. I was told they do not take that coupon now…okay, well then why have a sign that shows which subs aren’t valid with coupons. Coupon wasn’t expired or not valid at certain locations. Evidently, I am not the only person to experience this. It’s also happened at another nearby subway. Not blaming the people working, but i’m sure the owner (from what i’ve read) has some say in the coupons and is just grabbing for pennies .. Don’t advertise on a sign about the coupons if you are unable to take them. Will not be going back since this seems to be a recurring issue at subways.

The owner called the store to try and stop me from using a coupon on the app. She asked to speak with me directly. She said if people use coupons on the app, we don’t make them and charge them full price when they get to the store. I told her the store was full of customers listening to me have this conversation and that she was displaying horrific customer service. She didn’t seem to care while she told me it’s store policy and that I had to buy chips and drinks to make up for it. Absolutely incredible! I spend a lot of money at this store, always at full price accept this one time. I will never return. You just lost more money than the coupon was worth. Good job. Shut it down.

Horrible customer service. Purchased subs for delivery and was missing a sub. Called the store and they told me "it wasn't their problem". Never got a refund. Put in a complaint to subway and I'm waiting to hear back. These people should have their franchise taken away. They stole money from me. That's how I see it.

Aboustly disgusting experience will never go again. We ordered with a coupon and the lady was so rude about it. She told us bc we had used a coupon we got less of everything. Then I’m the middle of my order she started touching cash and more with her gloves on and went on making my ordered with the same gloves and when I went to say something she was all around rude. And before All this I asked if she was hiring she looked me up and down a couple times and said ew no this was disgusting.
