I have been going to this taco bell for the last 3 years and every time I order online to pick up from there they got something wrong every single time. Today as of 1/12/24 was the worst when they completely got the order wrong 3 times in a row. Their service sucks with bad attitudes. If you want taco bell do not go to this taco bell and go to a different one because it is not worth it. By the way this have ruined our whole day multiple times because of how bad they mess up your order.

After talking with the staff, a young woman used the mobile Pik up section as a table and ate her meal there. It was disgusting to see her laughing and scattering pieces of food everywhere with food in her mouth. There is really a hygiene problem here. I didn't take a photo of the young woman but you can see her leftover food. This is a shame for the employees and the company. They lost customer.

Went tonight and ordered a few burritos and the grilled cheese fries. The ends of the burritos were cold....And the fries, extremely disappointed. They gave us the big box made for the Mexican pizza, and so we thought it would be pretty big, but no it was less than half the size of the box! It was a singular layer of fries; it was probably like 10 fries in total.Very disappointed

What’s the point of asking what type of sauce we want if we order 20 tacos if you’re not going to give us the damn sauce to go with our tacos.This isn’t sometime it’s everytime. I even asked her to make sure and still no sauce
The rolled tacos were the only good thing. I ordered the Deluxe cravings box and found the Doritos taco shell was stale, the meat was ice cold. The nacho fries were undercooked, and burrito was also cold. I ordered an ice coffee only to be told it is not available after breakfast when I got there, which if that's the why is itThis is the one I usually go to and really hoping this is a one-off.

Ordered from this restaurant through the Taco Bell app, didn't get my nacho fries, they say it didn't show up on the receipt even though it showed up on my receipt. Rude and unhelpful customer service. I don't recommend coming here. Very unlikely I'll come

It's Taco Bell, so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is kinda relative to other fast food establishments where you don't expect much in the way of service -- and you pray to not spend the evening with diarrhea.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell lost a court case several years ago with the result being, "there isn't enough "beef" in the "ground beef" to accurately be called "beef"".If that situation still persists, Taco Bell could arguably be considered a vegetarian restaurant.
Can I give less then 1 star ?The staff all act like they can’t be bothered ,They’ve messed up our food , we’ve gotten home to find that items are missing ,When you try pull up to the speaker box with cars in front of you , they are asking can I help you but only the front of my car is lined up , no you can’t help me until my driver window is lined up to the menu ,Get better Taco Bell people
