Not a giant fan of this place but Dana is amazing her energy is what keeps me coming back♡ keep doing you boo
Went here and it's just a Denny's. Clearly a stupid marketing ploy to sell burgers via delivery apps. Don't waste your time/money.
Great place we ordered rt on tract my client had his tour bus in the store parking. Loved the workers. Friendly just loved the experience my client loved the food he says he will be back. Tim mcgraw. Gave u guys a thumbs up
It's amazing, but if you would please hold some oolong, or go cheap if you have to; either way, I'd like some unsweetened tea. Please and thank you, I don't want $3.40 small soda (bad health choice); Please charge extra for hot tea, and tip the carrier of hot drinks. So $1 or so for hot tea on site, at least 25cents profit after the cup. the food quality is excellent and fairly priced for a double, though.
After 21 years of dealing with this restaurant's lack luster food quality in addition to their poor customer service, we are done giving our money to this business. Today, myself and many other customers waited 40+ minutes in the drive-thru hoping to get breakfast (this is the only thing worth eating here) only to be denied once finally getting to order at 10:50am. The employee claimed they were out of biscuits. Mind you, from the time I pulled in at 10:05, I would estimate 7 cars were served ahead of me and perhaps 7 cars (that's being generous) pulled in to go inside. So, knowing that you have a line of more than 10 cars in your drive thru at 10:05 and you do not stop serving breakfast until 10:45, why were you not prepared to serve those whom you made wait for upwards of 40 minutes?? Why is this how you do business? There's not much else in the area, and many locals have been dining here for years. This means that Burger Den COULD be extraordinarily successful, if they actually cared about their customers and serving their customers good food. Instead, it's overpriced cafeteria food that you have to wait 30 minutes or more for, only to then be served by a rude employee who clearly hates their job and have half of your order missing or wrong. I'm OVER IT. Don't waste your time or money.
