Great service. I got delayed 4 times at BWI (this is a bad review for Spirit Airlines too btw), and they made sure I felt comfortable staying there until last minute. Not to mention the incredible food and beer they have available. All of the other spots close before any post-work flights even board. Aiden and Donny were extremely accommodating. Thanks again!
While waiting on our flight…we decided to stop here and grab a bite & a couple drinks..let’s just say the music vibes was def a 90’s r&b chill type vibe…also..drinks was good I mean strong like I like it…hunter was our waitress and she was kool, friendly, great service, & personality!! I will return!! When traveling! Thanks hunter!
I still gave a tip after her service; she wasn't happy, but I don't tip high when service isn't well. She saw us sitting and waiting, then forget our drinks, and had to ask for condiments several times. I really hope she wasn't judging us by 'appearance'. I tip very high according to the service I receive. I worked in customer service, so I like to provide compliments and high tips.
