Prices aren't bad. I love the country-fried steak and cheese grits with fried green tomatoes (needs salt on tomatoes). Waffles with peach filling is great. You can't go wrong on the menu. But that Keokee coffee is a MUST HAVE...for adults only.
The food was fantastic! We went during lunch hours so the menu options may change. We got the firecracker shrimp, fish & chips, French dip, and the Chesapeake pasta. The portions were huge. The French dip was so tender and packed full of flavor. The Chesapeake pasta is out of this world amazing!!!! It’s got grilled chicken and lump crab in an old bay cream sauce with fettuccine. I can’t described it without giving it the praise it deserved, you just need to try it!
We just happened to find this place on our drive home from VA. We are glad we stopped. Excellent food & generous servings. Heather was our server & she easily answered all of my questions & served us promptly with a friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Almost every Saturday morning now, I try to make plans to stop through to pick up the Chesapeake Benedict. 2 Crabcakes on an English muffin with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. And the prices are reasonable too. It's a win win.

The food is consistently the same. That's positive given the fact the food isn't bad. You'll probably get a piece of pie or cake even the pumpkin muffins are good. Luv the salads.
