Villa Flores Restaurant

The service was very terrible. I ordered a Jamaican soft drink and they sent me passion fruit for the order of expensive fajitas and they put a little bit on the plate and a little bit of rice. I will never order again in this place.

I love this place! I absolutely always choose this place since I've been a customer for a few years, and the food is delicious, especially the paella 🥘 since I'm Spanish and I've never had paella as good as this one! I love the atmosphere and the music! And my waitress, the one who always serves me, Aracely, is a lovely woman!

Everything was fine the only problem on the check my total was $88.67 this already includes 20% tips I paid with my visa debit card but 4 days later the transaction amount the bank paid was $97.68 they don't give a copy of the receipt other restaurants they give 2 receipts 1 to sign and 1 for the customer stay alert if you paid with credit card ?

Went by recommendations for this place, a review said if you go on a Monday, you’ll be the only table there and we were the only table there. The food was not great. The margarita I had was mainly mix, for a Mexican restaurant I’m surprised because that’s where I go to get a good margarita. This was not a good margarita. I could taste barely any tequila in it, not like Plaza Garibaldi their Margarita is fire! The waitress basically sat on her phone the whole time wasn’t interested in getting us our check until I had to raise my hand and ask her if we could get our check to leave after we sit there for a good 10 minutes without her noticing. We won’t be back.

The food was great. The service however was horrible. We were the only table in the restaurant and all the staff were cleaning. Upon entrance it smelled like Pinesol and they said to be careful as they had just mopped the floor. Cool and then the staff were scrubbing the walls and everywhere and spraying cleaning chemicals while we were eating. The waitress was too focused on cleaning and never checked up on us or asked if we wanted dessert or anything so we decided to ask for the check. I’d understand if the restaurant was busy and packed but we were the ONLY table.
