CROFTON VOCELLI ON ROUTE 3.... NOT GB. Used to be open till 11:00 now they're closed at 10:00 this is not cool as a person that gets off of work late I love coming up to vocellis at like 10:55 and having a pizza this is ridiculous and I guarantee they're losing money

Just tried this place for the first time, it was amazing! We got the Stromboli, a small pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and a sub. The Stromboli was huge, enough to feed 2-3 people. The customer service was great, the people working were so nice and helpful. 10/10 will definitely come back!

Grrrr. Spent a lot of money for my food to be not even eatable. The pizza had very very little cheese and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way. The dough was still very soft and doughy. My pepperoni’s weren’t even cooked to be that crispy texture that I’m familiar with at vocelli’s. That was the first indicator that this pizza wasn’t even cooked long enough. I’ve never been disappointed in vocelli’s pizza until this location. The wing skin was sooo soggy, I even asked for extra crispy chicken and didn’t even get that. I ordered a cheesesteak and many times I requested grilled onions, well when I got home it was raw onions and the sandwich barely had enough toppings was all bread. The 1 star is because the man was really nice at the counter.

My kids love their pizza Weird location in glen burnie but then again glen burnie is a weird space.. they have a drive thru which is kinda unique

?I absolutely love this location! Despite the Pasadena location being closer to us, we drive to this location because their customer service is top tier during the week and on the weekends.
I ordered pizza, wings and cinnamon rolls earlier this week. ?They were so good that We decided to get pizza and wings again this Friday(we still had cinnamon rolls left over).
Knowing that Fridays are busy days for pizza places, I expected the service and food to not be as good but I was wrong. I did have to wait a little while on hold when placing my order, but the staff was really friendly on the phone and when I arrived early to picked up my carryout order, it wasn’t ready but two minutes later they brought the pizza out to my car - Which was very nice and not required. ?
More than just one staff member is friendly and welcoming. Despite being visually busy they still remained polite and helpful. We will definitely continue to order from this location.
The Pasadena location could definitely learn from this location. I would write a review detailing my experience but when someone I know wrote one there was extreme retaliatory backlash to say the least… ?
Anyway, Glen Burnie Vocelli’s for the win!!! ?????️♀️

Wings have almost no sauce and the wings are so tiny, smaller than my finger & I have a tiny finger lol. They also gave no condiments. The pizza was good
I order from Vocelli's fairly often since I work within the area. I've always been highly satisfied whether my order is for takeout, or delivery. The hot Hawaiian pizza has easily been my favorite choice lately. Everyone in the office loves it.
Parking: There is a drive thru you can pick up your order at as well.

My family moved to Severn 4 years ago and have ordered at least one meal per week. The quality over the past 6 months has really fallen off. Past few orders have been very light on toppings and drinks have been missed on the past few orders with no apology. New ownership? Unfortunately we have moved on to other options. I’ll keep checking back to see if the comments have improved.

I came here for the first time, nd by the way the pizza here was amazing but my son did bring it to my attention the young lady who was making our pizza did not wear gloves, so when I reported it to the store manager when I called in they told me that’s not an important policy that they follow, and I was in complete disbelief.

I ordered a pizza from here they give me the wrong pizza told me they couldn’t give me my money back so they said they would give me store credit then when I got there they told me the old manger was gone and I couldn’t get my store credit due to the fact they didn’t put it in the computer.. I will never get a pizza from here again
