It seems like every time I goto this location there is always a problem with service. Last time i got a frosty at the drive thru they told me pull up because they needed like 2 more minutes which I completely understand but 30 min later I had to walk in and ask for it......

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. I waited 15 minutes just at the speaker, 15 minutes at the window waiting for food. I ordered 10 spicy nuggets. I got 8!!! Regular nuggets! Paid over $30 for my order to have it incorrectly with a 30+ minutes wait for a MOBILE ORDER

Ordered 3 Krabby Patty’s meals .. more like bloody patty’s and EVERY burger was RAW!!! Wendy’s used to be the go to for fastfood but lately they’re all slacking. Didn’t notice until I reached home.. wish I could give zero stars .. this is unacceptable! *update: called the customer service #.. I now have to wait for the management team from this location to call me to receive a refund! Really?!
