It’s always an issue with this place, and always long wait times. 10-15 min amon average. Customers come in, and go into the kitchen and make their own food. I guess they are off the clock employees. Smh.

Slowest Wendy’s ever. Drive thru is soooo slow. Every time.
if u can go to another wendy’s do it, they will always forget sauces, will give you the wrong sandwich and won’t care about their customers
I appreciate the team that worked 8/16. I got lost looking for this wendys due to an error on the mobile order. They remade my food fresh. Grade A customer service and will come to this location over any other. Thank you

They park their delivery truck blocking the drive through, which also trapped some of us in the area for over 30 minutes without being able to escape because of the line. Was in line from 11 pm until 12:16 am, just trying to get some frostys. Employee couldn’t handle me trying to ask the differences between the multiple different frostys, and being confused for a moment because the picture on the menu does not match what she told me. She was rude to begin with, but suddenly just drops me and a man comes on the speaker instead even ruder giving attitude and aggression. It’s icecream and it’s retail, I literally manage stores. If you can’t handle being somewhat nice and people asking which frosty is the one with the syrup drizzle to the point you lose it, you should not be working. Then right in front of me, all the two employees walk out the side exit and stand outside instead of checking people out, so despite all of us having a huge line and literally sitting there without the employees taking orders or anything not even apologizing, they finally have the delivery truck pull away, and the employees can’t even handle ONE customer interaction or order? This is pathetic.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had. The place was total chaos. Took almost a half hour standing in the loby to get my food. Then, almost everything was wrong, and things were missing. I didn't even eat. I will never come here again.

This is getting ridiculous how long the wait times are here for as little orders as they have at one time. In the past week I've had 15-20 minute wait times. Seen a guy recently ask for a refund just because of how long it took.

This place, let me tell you. I'm a huge Wendy's fan. Great burgers, great food and I love the changes they've made in the menu to liven up the frostys and soda options. But this place has got to be the most mismanaged Wendy's in the country. It is not the employees, I want to be clear about that. It is clearly management that is to blame for the countless problems that plague this particular location. How do I know that? Because they are out of stuff all the time. Like basics. Like chili or baked potatoes. Sometimes they're out of bacon. How does a place that specializes in bacon cheeseburgers not have bacon? The employees are great and they are doing everything they can with what they're given which is not much. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one further south on Ritchie Highway or if you really want a good location go to the one on Edwin Raynor boulevard. Sure it's a longer drive but you'll save time anyway because you might wait as long as 20 minutes for your food at this location so it all evens out
Their stuff needs to train properly ! They don’t move and listen ! Worst service ! They don’t listen and behave properly! They don’t move ! I was standing and they took others orders and making ! They don’t even maintain their policy ! Worst service ever !
