I had this Wendy’s as a 5 star review for the last few months. Continuing lack of quality, poor food taste and issues with orders has made me switch this to 1 star. For example, I ordered a large fry and was given the attached photo. Additionally, the staff refused to give BBQ or Honey mustard sauce.

The food was good. The fries were kinda on the low/warm side. I ordered the Jr 🥓 🧀 (JBC) combo. They definitely need more help. It took about 20 + minutes to go through the drive through. I cant blame the few workers they had there, its not their fault.

We had a great experience at this Wendy's near Pasadena recently. Tammy took and filled our dine-in order, I believe she was a manager. She was fabulous, could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and on-the-ball! She was definitely inspiring her team to work hard too. The food was hot and fresh, just like you want it to be and this was at a weird time of day, maybe 2:30 - 3pm or so. We'll definitely be back.

Tried this place a few times to give them benefit of the doubt but no. Worst Wendy’s I've ever used. Service/wait time is terrible and food just isn’t good when you do get it. Sucks because I always loved Wendy’s.

I download the Wendy’s app, I make an account, then when I go to this Wendy’s and wait in the ridiculously long line I get to the window and when I go to show the girl at the window my coupon for a free 10 piece nugget, she tells me “our scanner isn’t working” and denies the coupon that was the only reason I was willing to put myself through sitting here! Why is it my fault if YOUR equipment isnt working properly, she should have just hit the PROMO button and kept me moving on my way, is a 10 piece nugget worth your job or a customer, what are you gonna personally lose money if you give up that nugget? I don’t get fast food workers when I worked there the customer got it without question cause I would rather give the customer what they want over getting a bad report from my supervisor, this Wendy’s is so bad smh

When I pulled up to order I had to wait (which isn’t the issue) when I finally started my order the girl at the window told me to hold on, I’m not sure if she was busy with other people I don’t know. But she was rude the entire time I ordered she did not speak clearly (that might have been a speaker issue not sure) when i finally placed my order and pulled up to the window she proceeded to basically toss my food at me and take my card she said have a good day shut the window still having my card. Mind you I don’t know where their card reader is at. She then opened the window again probably because I didn’t move to I asked for my card back to which she got a massive attitude with me and told me she didn’t charge it yet. Then she slams the window shut again and finally charged my card. I got my card back and asked for the receipt. Per the receipt her name was Sandra, she was rude, she threw my nuggets in the bag, and just overall made it such a terrible experience I really don’t think I will be eating Wendy’s again at this location. I have also tried calling several times to make a complaint and no one answers.

Start to finish, horrible experience! Drive-thru was slow to even start the ordering process. Then I got to the window only to be asked AGAIN what my order was. It was TWO items, not difficult. My sandwich was not made to my liking and then the situation got even worse as the cashier looked at the sandwich, touching it with her gloveless hands then brought it back to me. Handing it out the window, as if she was giving it back, I requested it be remade because she had touched it without gloves and deals with money. To which she snapped back that she was simply telling me that it was made correctly. Her attitude and customer service was poor from jump. I was then told to move forward to the mobile pickup area to wait for the remake. After waiting several minutes, I chose to just get a refund. I didn’t trust my food would not be tampered with. Upon getting inside, the girl at the window had not even communicated the remake. She only did so when she saw me standing there, to which she rolled her eyes and then requested the remake. I understand the drive-thru was busy, but it’s a short sentence to ask for a remake. The Manager came forward for the refund while the line person talked about something concerning the remake (not sure if it was positive or negative). When the process was complete, instead of asking me what happened, she turned to the staff who retold the story as I walked out. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I do not recommend. Good customer service is DEAD!!

Been here several times. Food is ok. I do fail to understand why, every time I go, the buns are never fresh. Am I missing something? Chocolate frosty is my go to. Service is ok. Haven’t been inside so I can’t comment on the cleanliness.
