I placed my order online around 8:40 pm, it said it would be ready around 9:10 we arrived around 9:10. It took them 15 min for someone to assist us. While we waited we could see the staff messing around with each other some were even “fake fighting” and picking up others. NO ONE EVEN HAD A HAIRNET ON, the cashier girl eventually came up and kept hopping over the counter or sitting on it to check the ice machine. After about 20 minutes a guy came up announcing an unnamed order, I went up to look at the receipt but he turned me away claiming they were working on our order so I didn’t get the chance to look at the receipt. He kept telling us things like “your order will be out soon” or “we’re just waiting on your fries” and still nothing. Around 9:50-10 pm (more than an hour after placing the order) the cashier girl came to announce the unnamed order reading off the receipt, that’s when I realized that was my order. Our order was cold because it sat there since before we even arrived. The chicken sandwich was cold, had no pickles and barely any sauce, the fries had something that looked like fried hair on them. I see why it takes so long, the staff is super unprofessional, dirty, and ghetto. Not to mention the kitchen allows for a perfect view of everything going on back there. I probably will not be ordering from the Glen Burnie location as much anymore, hopefully other locations are better. This or probably the 3-4th time our order has took sooo long and after this experience I reached my limit.

Walked in to try and place an order and the employees will straight up ignore you. I stood in line for 10 minutes and everyone that came in after me for an order pick up or DoorDash order would get assisted and immediately helped. In the 10 minutes I was in there I wasn’t even greeted. I walked out.

I have had wingstop all over the country everywhere from Hawaii, to California, to Maryland. I have never got an order like I got tonight. The chicken tasted horrible like it was possibly old, and they were tiny in size and completely disfigured. I had one drum that looked like some kind of science experiment, with big lumps of breading and chunks from different parts of other wings. It was the worst wingstop experience I have ever had. I will not be a returning customer

I ordered online 40 mins prior to picking up the food. By the time I got there, my order was still not ready. The place smelled like weed and the kitchen staff were dancing in the kitchen while jamming to loud music. I wasn’t aware that this was a club and a place to get contact high….if that’s your thing, go for it. I prefer the Wingstop closer to Severna Park, that store has professional people working to get the orders out. The one in Glen Burnie needs management and someone keeping these folks on the clock. Overall it took nearly an hour for two orders of 10 wings. This store is terrible and not a place of business for which it’s intended. The wings was lacking sauce and overcooked. Absolutely terrible. I forgot to mention, the phone was ringing off the hook and the kitchen staff weren’t answering because they were dancing. I saw one guy walk to the phone then turned around as it was still ringing and started singing “Sorry, we busy”, while a girl was singing “We Closed!”. Completely unprofessional. Ps- look at the reviews of this place, it speaks volumes. Don’t eat here!! 11/26 @10pm.

Bad service and even worse management. Food is always cold and takes 30 minutes for french fries. If you go here on your lunch break you will need a refund and will go back to work hungry because they took too long. All around a horrible place to eat/work. Do not seek employment here either. Checks get garnished, hours get cut, very unprofessional work team, and if you go above and beyond to do your job and everyone else's, no one appreciates it and it will go unnoticed. I do not recommend this location or any other in the area. Very disappointed.

Food has been GREAT everything, it's my daughter's FAV wing spot close to us. The service is TERRIBLE !!!!! VERYYYY SLOW & it's like that EVERY TIME so this will be our last time going here !!!!!!!! Ridiculous it says online it'll be ready, I get there & have to wait another 30-40mins !!!!!
