I ordered a 50pc party pack wings on Jan 9th I specifically told the lady that took my phone order for all my wings to be well done. I repeated WELL DONE twice and what do I get?? All 50 wings cooked soft and nasty. Money wasted! This wing stop location use to be good but now it’s not worth it. It seems like all the old good cooks left unless they don’t work the night shift. DO BETTER WING STOP!!

I ordered my wings on line for the 6710 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie MD location but needed to put in a time. So I called right away to let them know I would be there later at 2pm instead of 1:30pm. When I arrived my order was ready but the cashier said the cook just got my order out and it's still hot. I left the store believing my order was at least warm. The frieswas cold and the chicken less than warm. The cashier did not have to lie about it. Unfortunately this was the first time I came to wingstop for my wings and it will be my last.

Had my food delivered. Wings were good. The fries were cold and they were not even in a closed container when delivered. They were just in an open box that they served, like, at McDonald's. So, the fries were cold and mushy? And sugar is put on the fries. That was disgusting and should be an option if wanted on the fries. I have never eaten here before, so that should have been written on the menu. Had I known that, I would not have spent almost $30 on a combo. Which, btw is an over priced combo with mushy cold and sugared up fries! I say do better!

Made an order from this store on DoorDash for over $40. Once my dasher arrived to pick my order up it was gone. The employees at this store allowed someone who was not a door dasher take my entire order and they refused to make it right in any way. No refund, didn’t want to re make my order only wanted to argue. My door dasher was in the store ready To pick an order up that wasn’t there. The manager wanted to argue about whose fault it was. Highly do not recommend

I ordered take out from this location last night (3 wing combos). In the middle of the night my entire family woke up violently vomiting. It was so bad. By 7am my entire family was in the emergency room needing IV’s and nausea medication. I called to speak with the manager and a rude woman answered the phone. She hung up while I was explaining what happened to my family. Having a safe serve certificate myself I am sure they are violating the training they received. Stay safe and order at your own risk.

Staff are literally rude , everytime i get a sprite it’s watered down and they hit me with the “what do you want us to do” it’s unprofessional.. and i always get burnt fries like cmon y’all .

The wings are great but the service here is atrocious enough to just go somewhere else. It's obvious many of the employees just don't care and there's always 20 minute back up past the time your order is ready.
Ordered wings for delivery and they arrived cold and tasted like plastic. I called for a refund and was told to call back tomorrow when Tyler is in. I will probably never go to a Wingstop again because of how awful the food tasted. Disgusting!

Waiting time is a lot, no matter if you ordered ahead, more than 25 minutes of delay, total more than an hour. The staff looks very unhelpful and unprofessional. Definitely las time ordered from this branch. (If you are from DoorDash, don’t accept orders from here because it will take an hour) or change the manager!
