Staff are literally rude , everytime i get a sprite it’s watered down and they hit me with the “what do you want us to do” it’s unprofessional.. and i always get burnt fries like cmon y’all .

Ordered wings for delivery and they arrived cold and tasted like plastic. I called for a refund and was told to call back tomorrow when Tyler is in. I will probably never go to a Wingstop again because of how awful the food tasted. Disgusting!

Waiting time is a lot, no matter if you ordered ahead, more than 25 minutes of delay, total more than an hour. The staff looks very unhelpful and unprofessional. Definitely las time ordered from this branch. (If you are from DoorDash, don’t accept orders from here because it will take an hour) or change the manager!

I was a little nervous ordering delivery seeing as so many reviews were negative but my wings came perfect. They’re seasoned they’re crispy they’re cooked well done like I asked and the order arrived on time

Had my food delivered. Wings were good. The fries were cold and they were not even in a closed container when delivered. They were just in an open box that they served, like, at McDonald's. So, the fries were cold and mushy? And sugar is out on the fries. That was disgusting and should be an option if wanted on the fries. I have never eaten here before, so that should have been written on the menu. Had I known that, I would not have spent almost $30 on a combo. Which, btw is an over priced combo with mushy cold and sugared up fries! I say do better!

Don’t waste your time with this location, they never season your wings right and the wings arrive in a puddle of oil and grease.
For a first time visit, it will certainly be the last. This is the first Wingstop I have ever been to and honestly, it really wasn't worth the effort.
While the lady who helped me was very polite behind the counter, the lack of response shown when customers entered was very noticeable. A few customers walked out during the time I waited for my order.
I noticed that employees don't wear gloves when handling food. I'm not very comfortable with that, especially when the employee is eating while working.
The wait time was alright, about 20-25 mins. Though the french fries I received with my order were cold and super salty.
Would I give Wingstop another chance? Maybe, but probably at a different establishment. The wings were not bad. Though after taking the first few bites, the chicken tasted a bit bland. They were saucy don't get me wrong. The flavor just felt like it didn't stick.
Lastly the TV that's in the dining room, please turn it down so customers don't have to keep repeating their orders. For a small location, that's all I could hear.
