This location is absolutely horrible. They always take super long. I order ahead every time to make sure I arrive 30 mins late just for them to have no clue on why my order is never ready. The food is ok but the service sucks. Then their always rude and mass at you because their slow.

I’m not a germaphobe by any means but standing here waiting for my order I literally watched someone take food out of a container with their bare hands, 2 ppl in the back was play fighting around the food just way too much going on the manager walked by me smelling like she smoked 3 cigs at once, the floor was dirty, everything was a mess even tho I was starving I just couldn’t do had to ask for a refund I was disgusted. If you have any standards, don’t order from here. But if you have no standards, you should be ok

This is the fourth time I've come to redo my review. And it will be the last. Tonight I came to this store during what is usually a quiet time and see them unusually full. The reason for this was painfully obvious when I saw the staff. I've been coming here for the last 5-ish years and tonight's staff is by far the SLOWEST team I've seen in my life. As I kept watching them I realized they weren't just slow, they were goofing off. Joking with each other very loudly with the profanity of a crew of sailors. The whole story heard it and I saw a couple leave after coving their child ears.I was only 3rd in line when I walked in and it still took 15 minutes before I could place an order. Add another 50 minutes on that of me waiting for my "fast food" while listening to the strangest playlist imaginable. I saw people walk on well after I'd ordered, get just as much food, and leave well before mine was done. There is no organization in their system. They just get to it when they get to it. I can hear them calling out in the back what's being made when and they had to call for a specific part of our order 3 times. I could literally see most of our order ready and waiting.Finally after being here for over an hour our order is finally up... Except that half of our wings are still missing. At first we thought it was good until we realized that they divided the wings weirdly so we had an extra box. When we asked someone he gave the most nonchalant "uh ok." followed by asking what we were missing 3 times even though he had the receipt in his hand and could read it. After waiting ANOTHER 10 minutes we finally got to eat our (now cooled) wings.The one sole saving grace of this experience is that they gave us 2 free brownies as an apology. While this is much appreciated, it won't make up for the repeated mistakes.If you can't get someone to go get this for you, don't bother. And if you can, it may very well be wrong anyway. I won't be coming back again.

The service was awful. I ordered online and was told 16 to 21 mins my order would be ready so i showed up 45 mins later cause I always give extra time just to make sure it's ready the ratchet said my order was getting ready to be started???? So I waited after anotherb40 mins I asked where is my order the next hatchet just walked away and said it will be out in a min then I looked at the food shelf my order was sitting there getting cold. The food was awful. Stillnwaiting for my money back. Do not waste your time or money on this place definitely not worth it.

Everything is dirty inside, the employees playing on their phones and going into the back. The food smells and tastes only like salted Oil, the oil is bad. They don’t seem to change the oil. I got food sickness. The people don’t wear hair nets. Yuk!

customer service was good fries was good and ranch thats why it has two stars. chicken was not seasoned. need more seasoning need more seasoning every flavor I ordered taste the same they really need to marinate them wings and season them . i would like to see more gloves as well being used i did not see any gloves but staff was freindly .. corporate need to change their season technique without the ranch Needs to be stopped fr.
