Fried chicken livers were overdone, chicken gizzards were okay. Fish was great. Hopefully it will get better.

I ordered online. When I asked for a condiment I was told there was an extra charge. (never before) The food was lukewarm and rubbery with NO seasoning. (I asked for extra). And the cashier’s attitude was awful. I called back to ask for a manager and he wasn’t there. I called this afternoon and he’s still not there. I’ve been coming here for a while and never had an issue. But this last experience turned me completely off!

If I could put 0 stars I would they need to be shut down I normally don’t do this but I specifically watched them try to retro French fries I purposely asked for my fries to be extra crispy and what did the cook do drop fries that were sitting there who knows how long before then get mad when I asked for them to be cooked fresh pathetic It will be further investigations trust me

I won't be going back ever. Front counter staff playing behind the counter kicking each other. I order 4 specials listed at 11.99 each I get my receipt On as charged 64.07. I complained and asked why I was told the price was higher than. What website has listed . I said well you need to honor your website prices. The young girl argued me down. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on staff I asked for his name and number. I was given a phone number that was disconnected for this so called manager Mike. I will be coming back to speak to Mike and I will be contacting the better business bureau also..The fourth meal I ordered was supposed to be 2 pieces of whiting and 2 sides I was charged for each side and given whiting and chicken which I didn't order. Customer service is freaking horrible. I will never give this location another dollar.

The chicken was hard and tasted like old cooking oil no taste at all. The legs were huge definitely not fresh. I will not eat here again.

To spend over $100 to purchase food and they're stingy with the condiments. Customer service sucks!!!! Barely any seasonings and tge whiting was hard!!!

WOW! This is the cleanest IHOP I’ve been in in the DC area. Bathrooms not only were clean they smelled clean. Even the windows are clean.

I had the cali roasted turkey melt. The waitress whose name is Latrice was wonderful. Her service outstanding. Thank you Latrice and IHOP

Decent fried chicken but nothing special about it.

Placed an order online. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When o got inside to pick up, there was about 20 people waiting. I paid for my order and was told that it would be ready in 5 minutes. 40 MINUTES LATER! I’m still waiting. These people need to learn when to stop taking online orders when they are too busy and lying to customers about the wait time. It was pure chaos. I will never go to this location again!
