Ledo Pizza (Woodmore Towne Centre)

They want you to bring form of id to pick up a pizza that you order online instead of a receipt and say it’s because of spam online orders man sound racist when in the history you need id to pick up food.

I ordered a small pizza with light sauce but received a small pizza with no sauce at all. I requested a replacement and, during the process, a staff member loudly called out for regular sauce. I corrected her and clarified that I wanted light sauce. The replacement pizza was made with heavy sauce. When I explained the issue, the employee refused to remake the pizza according to my original order. Throughout the interaction, this particular staff member was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Terrible customer service, Would not give me the pizza my husband ordered until I brought his ID. The owner son was extremely rude disrespectful they need a lesson on customer service. They have lost a lifetime customer.

Clean store, greeted upon entry. Ordered online so time quoted for my order was spot on and my pizza and fries were piping hot and ready when I arrived.

I ordered a pizza with sausage and the sausage was spoiled (the smell was off and I should’ve followed my instincts not to eat it but I didn't). Immediately after eating a slice, I became ill. I called back up to the store to inform them and was told I would be reimbursed. When I arrived, the story had changed and I was told that since no one else had complained, I could not be refunded my money. For these reasons I will no longer patronize this business location and caution all others to do the same.

So I am in here eating the best pizza of my life and all I hear is a lady say "M'AM M'AM M'AM you did not pay for a drink" 😂 Y'all need to stop. These people are hard working and kind. Trying to steal a drink is ridiculous. Please be more respectful. Great pizza, great service.
