Nothing Bundt Cakes

I was so excited for the banana pudding bundt cakes that I ordered two. Turns out, it's terrible. I taste no banana whatsoever. Apparently the pudding is vanilla (not a good vanilla), and there is banana puree in the cake. The cake tastes nothing like banana, not even those little black flecks you see in banana baked goods. So disappointing! I didn't even finish one, not even good enough to eat. Some other flavors are good, but it's all very sweet, and hard to eat more than a few bites at a time.

The banana pudding was worth it, I feel like the rest are plain cupcakes that can be made at home. Customer service was ok

Avoid this place. Went in there, couple of weeks ago, I guess we bothered the two girls working there, but they were able to get past our presence and take our order, which they messed up, forgetting a bunt cake. Like, not that hard. This place sucks.

That confetti cake was bomb didn’t last 15 minutes in my hand it’s all GONE

Who the hell closes at 4PM!?!?

This is a fabulous store with customer service to match! They went the extra mile to contact me when my favorite flavor was available. The mother & daughter duo are great. I even bypass one closer to me to patronize this location!

I highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry bundtlet! The customer service was ok. It’s well known any business in the Woodmore Center always has less than stellar customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I reached out to support and someone from the same exact bakery called me back?!?! Why would I want to talk to the people that I had the disagreement with? Visit this shop on Valentine’s Day was told they do not give out blue bags for “take out” orders. I no longer go to this bakery I go out my way to silver spring location. Today I only ordered two bundlet cakes & was given a blue gift bag free of charge. The visit at woodmore bakery 3 bundlets was purchased & they all including management rather argue over giving me a blue gift bag. My husband loved your gluten free Bundt cake!! It's hard finding a gluten free baked dessert that's any good, but you guys nailed it! Will definitely be stopping by each time we are in the area!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eagan for several years and always trusted them to be a reliable and responsible business. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. On March 4th, a friend placed an order directly with the store and scheduled the delivery for March 7th, my birthday. The store used Uber Eats for the delivery, but I never received my order. When I visited the store to ask for help, they simply told me to contact Uber Eats. However, since the order was placed directly through the store and not Uber Eats, I don’t have an Uber Eats order number to file a claim. Meanwhile, my friend paid for a product that never arrived, and I am still looking for a solution. I expect Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eagan to take responsibility and offer a resolution—either refund my friend or provide me with the product I was eagerly waiting for. As a longtime customer, I expected better service and accountability. If the store chooses to handle deliveries through a third party, they should also take responsibility when something goes wrong.

This is my second time getting a cake from here I ordered lemon raspberry and it taste like it’s been sitting there for days. It’s extremely dry and usually the cakes they taste good no matter the location, but today was a miss!
