Thank you so much for the worker, manager and cashier female who remade my cake after I inform them that the bag ripped and cake fell out on new year eve. It was for my parent happy birthday and literally spent my last coin on it and they replace it when they didn’t have to and I really appreciate them so much.

Stopped in for the first time today-ordered a Signature Assortment to take to work for a coworkers birthday and a Lemon Raspberry Single Serving Cake…got home and opened the package and it wasn’t Lemon Raspberry, it was just Lemon 😣. I wouldn’t mind as much except my receipt also says Lemon Raspberry and we confirmed with the employee before she rang us up. Not off to a great start for a first impression.
