How is it possible that instead of working i find the employees just sitting down doing nothing. My order was started being made when i get to the store. Isn't it the point to have the order ready by the time the customer gets there. Bad service for sure. I see the manager/owner hires people that don't work. But complain when someone calls them lazy.

Ordered on their app on 12-22-25 at 4pm i arrived at the place and they were closed i called the next day to ask for a refund and they said they will tell their manager about it called multiple times for the next two weeks and they still didn't refund me its been 3weeks and nothing yet not acceptable.

I Ordered dinner for my self and my family through uber but ended up giving it to someone else. The worst part not even sorry about it or willing to make my order again. Horrible experience I will never order from here again.

My food was delicious. I had a craving and it was overly satisfied. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust, 10 pc garlic parm wings, and a calzone. Everything was a hit. It was a bit expensive but well worth it.

Ordered pickup through DoorDash, the AA girl at the counter I don't know her name gave our food to someone else who was waiting while my gf was sitting in the restaurant, mind you that she ask if it was ready 15 minutes before. The girl said not yet. So she waited but the food was gone...when we ask the girl what happened to our food she stated that they didn't have it and to contact DoorDash.

Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for her customers truly set the tone for the entire visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
And let’s talk about the food… absolutely outstanding! The cook, Mr. Z, is a culinary rockstar. You can taste the passion and precision in every bite. The pizza was perfectly crisp, loaded with flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had.
If you’re looking for amazing food and top-tier hospitality, Pizzaness is the place. Huge thanks to Sarah and Mr. Z for an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Pizzaness is the not so great pizza when dominos or any other place may take too long.
This time on a Wednesday delivery it took an hour and a half to get here. The pizza was hot but it was actually pretty nasty from the sauce to the bread and cheese. We have 3 kids of the younger ages and they wouldn’t even eat it. Had to makeshift and go to spaghetti.
This restaurant is “usually disappointing” even if you’re really hungry. And wouldn’t order again after this one. For the positive…
At least the cook isn’t going out for a smoke break and coming back to make the pizza with cigarette hands.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Shady business. Lately, either they are always closed or they simply refuse to pick up the phone but leave their website on . Hence , you can inadvertently place an order without that order being ever delivered to you . You won't have anyone to talk to because they don't pick up the phone and they seem to be constantly closed . Not sure what's happening to this business. Shame !

Do not order from this establishment… after placing an order for over $50 I got rude customer service, rude Phone service and support equals bad Pizza. They don’t treat their customers, right they don’t respect their customers and don’t appreciate the business that Customers bring. This is like the second time I’ve had to argue with the man about where my Pizza is and I had to cancel; the Order only reason I did is cause my kids wanted pizza. I will never order from them again.
