Beautiful day for a ride, we tried something new and rode to Double Tap Tavern. Hubby Bob Hice had the homemade gumbo and it was fabulous. I had the clam basket and it was great. Good portions and reasonably priced. Kimmie was the best, she took good care of us. She gave us newcomer welcome shots of chocolate covered cherry shots. So she popped our cherries so to speak. Whats the 1st thing you think about when it comes to a bar/tavern? Yes, ice cold drinks ! They have them and also amazing mixed drinks . But that's not it the food is so so good everything(I've had alot of it).You wont be disappointed. Its kinda in the middle of no where but we'll worth the drive .The service is amazing as well.
Hands down best Crab cake on the Shore! Service was great , drinks were awesome. I look forward to going back.
