This Arby’s is clean and next to a charging station. The staff is nice as well.

The people are great. The people are always great. What’s wrong is corporate.
I guess what got me the most upset was they acted like I was the problem. They acted like everything was fine except for me and they could cook it longer. If that’s the way I want it. What I want is a burger that’s not pink in the middle it’s not Wagyu beef. It’s not gently pink. It’s bloody well raw and then to treat me like I’m the one creating the problem when all I’m trying to do is keep somebody from getting sick because you’re not cooking your meat properly if you say, this is cooked the temperature then you better get yourself a new thermometer
Corporate has crap meat telling people it’s cooked to temperature when it’s raw. you can’t serve raw meat. It’s not cooked so my replacement was overcooked and still pink in the middle. Go figure cheap DYED meat. I will never come here again. I will never order another burger from Arby’s and I just wish that there was someone who actually cared about My wasted time and wasted money.
Also, I’m not interested in any crocodile tears from Arby’s owner… Because they’re told to respond to Google reviews

I asked for all my food to be hot and fresh and they gave us cold food, And the wrong food. And the service was even worse. The management there is not inviting, and has a horrible attitude. Waste of money even for fast food.

Nothing wrong with the food. The service is what i don’t understand. When ordering, i have specify “the meal” or “combo” when ordering a number from the menu. No other fast food joint does this. In the drive through, i pay for my food and i am asked to move forward to the glass door to wait for my sandwich. There is literally no one behind me and if i move to the door, i am still in the drive through. So if someone was behind me, they aren’t moving. Every single time i order here, i have to move forward. I don’t understand the concept. What an i missing?

It starts off with the little girl at the counter with the big attitude then when I ask her jalapeno poppers instead she puts extra jalapenos on my sandwich and once I say hey you're wrong that's not what I want I get more attitude and still no poppers... I get my sandwich out to the truck only to find out that this little gremlin wanted my sandwich up into a ball and added a metric ton of dice jalapenos love that for me. NOT I'm calling corporate.

We waited close to 10 minutes before they even took our order , they had no French fries made there were customers waiting the whole time we was there luckily we just wanted sandwiches

Why in the World doesn't Arby's in Grantsville honor any Coupons from the app or OFFERS? very Disappointed. When there and asked some guy in the back yells NO COUPONS! while there another customer gets upset because employees were talking about him.. while ordering his meal. something needs done!

I do not recommend. I go here frequently only because I live right down the road and sometimes you just get in a pinch and they're the only ones around. Their chicken wrap last summer made me sick for a week. Literally took a week off of work. Pretty sure food poisoning. I didn't say anything then. But I'm growing tired of having to go park out in the parking lot when I'm the only one in the drive thru. Just so they can fudge their timer at the window. But in reality it takes them longer because of just giving it to me in the window now they have to come out the kitchen through the lobby and out in the parking lot. So it takes longer. And I suspect half of them are on drugs so I'm scared to say anything cause that same half of them also look like they'll spit in your food. And I haven't gotten anything with chicken since. I don't like sitting on a toilet with a trashcan in my lap.
If 0 were an option, that is what I would give them. You can no longer place an order through the drive thru that is more than $50. I have a family of 6. Everyone knows that Arby’s is more than $10 a person. They also did not say this until we were about to order our last meal. We will not be back.
Lazy workers, Horrible service! It took 15 min to pack the food, i received it cold and the burnt burger total uneatable gone to the trash! Never buy again in this store!

Got 2 sandwiches for $6, they were both good. Place is clean and service was good.
