Ordered online and picked it up. Got home and realized I didn’t have my whopper. not a huge deal at this point. came back and sat in the drive through…. and sat…. and sat… so I finally went inside and waited at the register. while I was waiting the staff had a nice little yelling argument at each other. finally after ten minutes someone finally talked to me. and they gave me my whopper that had been sitting on the counter for thirty minutes. and after all that it was still made wrong.

To incompetent. Orings, and cheeseburgers taste like they been left sitting for days... can't tell difference between mayo and tarter sauce on fish sandwich, asked for NO tarter sauce add cheese and mayo and got a regular fish sandwich. Grantsville MD Burger King always was a poor and disgusting fast food restaurant. They can upgrade the drive thru and dining area all they want but til they get people who know how to do their jobs correctly they will never be worth it.
