To incompetent. Orings, and cheeseburgers taste like they been left sitting for days... can't tell difference between mayo and tarter sauce on fish sandwich, asked for NO tarter sauce add cheese and mayo and got a regular fish sandwich. Grantsville MD Burger King always was a poor and disgusting fast food restaurant. They can upgrade the drive thru and dining area all they want but til they get people who know how to do their jobs correctly they will never be worth it.

I stop by here on some of my trips. Service is never great and they rely on the automated ordering. I hate not ordering from a person when I am there. For example, this time I ordered Ghost pepper chicken fries and when I picked up my order they were regular chicken fries. When I asked the person behind the counter said they were out. No, would you like something else or would you like your money back, just take it and go, that is what you get. The previous trip they were out of all their sauces but one and I was not told until I asked for the sauce I ordered. I am going up the interstate a few exits from now on.

The man at the drive through said wait just a moment and 10 minutes go by and he finally responds then had to pull forward and wait another 20 minutes for my food just to be cold and then I found a hair in my fries I would not recommend going there for a quick bite to

Bad service. Ordered a chicken wrap and it was not good!! They only gave us one piece of chicken in it and it was the smallest chicken piece ever! The person asked us if we wanted something else and we were going to get fries and 5 seconds later she said “Make your way to the 2nd window.” Not even giving us time to order the fries. We had to order them at the second window- and yes the lady was a witch- The fries were good but again, the wrap was disgusting. Maybe get some better service and it will be good.
