This dump lost lease for failure to pay rent. It was losing staff, and the food was horrible. Its cleaning out its freezers in December. Don't bother.

Two of my friends and I went on Sunday, 10.24 for brunch. Everything was terrific! Between the 3 of us, I believe we tried everything. Whenever we are in the mood for brunch, this is our go to place.

One of the several options on Kent Narrows going to or from the beaches. The crab cakes were impressive and really highlighted the crab.

I used to be a regular customer for this place, but last time I was there I was so disappointed, bad service, but expensive price for food, plus automatic they charge 20% tip even if you not don't receive a good service... I don't know what happened, used to be good, but I don't think about return to this place again......

Annie’s is a wonderful restaurant. I was there today for the Sunday brunch and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I had to wait 20 minutes for oysters and that was disappointing. Also, the women’s bathroom is a disaster. The locks don’t work on the doors and the paint is peeling off the walls. This is an upscale restaurant and the bathrooms should represent that level. We will definitely return to Annie’s because it is excellent, despite these issues.

My family came in at a few minutes past 5 in the evening and we didn’t leave until almost 7.

Went there with my wife on saturday night on labor day weekend, hostess was busy talking on the phone. We waited patiently for her to finish her phone conversation, in the mean time 3 young fellows came and stood behind me, When she got off the phone she look right pass me and started to seat the other fellows. I ask if I could get a table and she very quickly gave a NO without even looking in my direction. (there were plenty of empty tables). This young lady definitely should not be a hostess. There's many good restaurant in the area and I'm sure this may be one too but there's no need to be so rude to your customers.

Best food around!!! Steaks are amazing. Would have gave it 5 stars but there bathroom are worse than a 711 gas stations for real. How you going to be a very nice restaurant and have that type of bathroom

We had an incredible 16 lobster tail as well as their delicious marinated steak tips. Their stuffed potato was awesome as well one was big enough for two people so my suggestion is get one and a vegetable to share. Our service was excellent too.

We took a group of 17 to Sunday brunch. They were very accommodating - gave us 2 tables near windows, and allowed us to stay as folks arrived and left over three plus hours. The Sunday brunch selection was as broad a range of selections as we've evr seen, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed a wide range of sampling. Our two servers were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch, and are very happy that we chose Annie's.

I had the Greek salad, and it was perfect. Good service and good food both come from this place, would highly recommend!

The TLDR version is: the food was great, but the prices have risen 20%+, which is not reflected anywhere on their menu, website, or printouts. My family and I dined here in early June. We were coming back home from a day at Ocean City and thought we'd stop by for a great meal. We hadn't been here in several years. The first thing I noticed was a musty smell in the hallway before you enter the actual restaurant. It smelled like a hot gymnasium. It was quite off putting. We were seated immediately by the hostess who greeted us. Our server came over promptly. A man with a bread basket came by and gave us bread. The bread wasn't warm (room temperature). The menu is quite extensive. The menu came with a special selections menu and a letter to diners from the owners stating that due to the rising food costs, they would charge for sides on any steak related items. Normally, the sides are included with the steak meals. We ordered the jumbo lump crab dip to start. The dip was delicious. The crackers it came with were good. There was quite a bit of lump crab throughout. I ordered the Cobb Salad. It was great. There were more toppings than lettuce, which was fine with me. The salad was a nice mix of romaine and baby greens. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. My mom ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which she liked. Her meal came with a salad, which she had no complaints about. My dad ordered the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes dinner with coleslaw and a side salad. He enjoyed everything. The crab cakes were all jumbo lump with no filler. The service was okay. Our server was polite and checked in a couple of times. She failed to notice our empty drink glasses, but once we asked for refills, we received them promptly. Here's where our great time went south. When it came time to pay the bill, my mom asked how much it was: $121 and some change, pre-tip. My mom asked to see the bill and noticed the prices on the bill were quite different from those on the menu. The crab dip price on the menu was $16.95 vs the $18.95 we were charged. The cobb salad remained the same price. The jumbo lump crab cakes were market price at $48.95. The chicken parmigiana was priced on the menu at $19.95 but was $23.95 on the bill. An iced tea was $4.00. A diet coke was $3.75. When the discrepancies were brought to our server's attention, she winced and apologized for forgetting to tell us about the price changes. She explained that the cost of certain foods have risen and they don't want the quality of their food to suffer. She explained that several staff members have spoken to the owners about the different prices and they've refused to do anything about it. She also told us that we weren't the first customers to complain about it. I understand the restaurant business (and any business) during Covid times are hard. I 100% sympathize with any business owner. I'll state again that every item we ordered was delicious. We had no problem with the food. My gripe isn't about money. I don't mind paying for quality food. I also understand that rising food costs mean higher prices - and that's fine - just be up front about it. Have your server inform customers that the menu prices have changed AND provide a print out (just like they did about the steak items) so there are no surprises. Why do we have to be surprised at a 20+% markup on food when the bill comes? My mom called the restaurant after we left and asked to speak to the manager. The hostess claimed neither the manager or owner were there, but then confessed the owner actually was there but she wouldn't get on the phone and that we'd have to leave a name and number. For the next week, my mom called the restaurant 4-5 times to speak with the manager and/or owner. She spoke to a different person every time she called. Each person took down her name and information (one even called back to confirm the time and date we were there) but no one ever bothered to call back. Whether the staff gave the owners the messages, we'll never know. Edit: I left
