Great place to eat! Will return

5 of us went here for the new years eve dinner specials. I made reservations for 6pm. They put use upstairs, took our orders then forgot about us. After a hour of waiting we got our appetizers then immediately our food came. Two steaks were burnt and looked like a hockey puck. The other two steaks were raw. One of the meals was brought out with no sides at all. then the excuse was they were busy, which at 730 they was plenty of open tables. they forgot the dessert then took 1 piecs of cake and cut 4 slices out of it cause they were out. they claimed the steaks were filet mignon but were definitely center cut sirloin. terrible service and even worse food.

Food was good, but not great. The service was excellent and sitting on the water made it a success

We loved this place. The clams and muscles were perfectly cooked. The whole blue crab was spot on as well.

UPDATE 09/24/25: Once again, we enjoyed it here. And once again, my wife felt the mussels may have been done too long. I don't agree. I liked them. I will say that I feel its getting a bit expensive. Unfortunately, every place is anymore. I cannot complain about the quality of the food, the service, or the atmosphere. All were great.

We enjoyed it. My wife felt the mussels may have been cooked a bit too long and I wondered if my swordfish was grilled vs. blackened that I ordered, but overall good.

First time here. 2 hours from white marsh. Well worth the trip. Great menu. Had the Oyster Feast 7 Ways. Was not disappointed. Everything was prepared perfectly. Could not have asked for more. Reccommend 100%

Went for a girls Christmas luncheon. The food was good...the soup could have been a little more hot, but that's just my preference. The service was fantastic.

Harris’s Friday night oyster buffet is my favorite splurge during the long winter R months. Though pricey, it’s a must try if you love local seafood.

My fiancé and I are big fans of Harris Crab House and were excited to visit after a day on the Eastern Shore with our families meeting for the first real time. It’s the off season but we were greeted and sat immediately. Kelly was a fantastic server who made sure we were taken care of without hovering. Everyone loved their food (scallops, oysters, crab cake sandwiches + a dozen XL crabs to pick). There’s nothing negative I have to say-return guests who will continue to do so. Believe it was the manager I briefly spoke with tonight too and she was also friendly and kind. Thanks for providing a great MD experience for our families even in the off season. As a final note the Christmas lights are the perfect little bit of festive to boot.
