I ordered a drink at the kiosk and waited for ~fifteen minutes. It never came. I asked for a refund. The order taker walked away and could clearly be heard saying she was not going to give me a refund. I'm going to have to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I was never given the things i paid for OR my money back. You stole from me.

I know it's kinda assumed that if you go to MacDonald's you're going to get shit customer service, but i just don't see how the higher-ups are ok with losing potential customers like this.

I'm pissed.

Last week I ordered two sausage McMuffin with egg. Running a special two for 5 bucks. Today stopped by paid 10.37. Usually it's a little over 7 bucks. Doesn't pay to eat there anymore anytime of day.

Wonderful selection of food, friendly staff. Enjoy some of there selections very much. Great desert bar. You get to select various food types. Something for everyone.

It's a great place to eat if you don't have alot of money. I like the fries and the hot fudge Sundays. I also like the breakfast sandwich when I'm going on a trip.

I can't believe how rude the drive-thru employee was this evening. 😠 Her attitude was just awful! I try to be understanding because everyone has bad days, but this was beyond the pale. It really ruined my entire experience. A little kindness goes a long way, and honestly, a smile wouldn't hurt either. Basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask, right? Ugh, it's just so frustrating to deal with such negativity, especially when you're just trying to get some food. I hope she learns to be nicer to customers in the future. #badcustomerservice #bekind

What a bad service I just had and just because I asked if they could speak Spanish and they told me that only English and I just told them that I could have little English at once they told me good night and they didn't help me, what a bad service the people at night should have friendly staff, not in a bad way, who want to serve everyone

Went to this location at 0445 this morning to try and order some breakfast. This location has two drive thru lanes, and BOTH are open. I went to the one on the outside because I feel it is easier to pull my truck through. I pull up to the speaker and greeted with," Hey yo, why did you pull into the second window lane when the other one is open?" I assumed that both lanes were answered by one person, that it didn't matter which lane, because they are both open, plus like I said earlier I like using the outside lanes. I explained to her that it makes it easier for me to maneuver my truck. She replied with "I am trying to be nice, so what you want?" I tried to order some food, and she then told me that I needed to go back to the other lane. I just left. If you only want people to use one lane, block the other off. And teach your employees to have some better customer service.
