As someone who has traveled all over the world and this country, this is hands down the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. They always always forget something, and forget about ordering inside. I seriously doubt there is any quality control. How hard is it to make sure there's three burgers in the bag? I bought three, got two. Thanks for taking my money and giving me less than I paid for

Drive thru is terrible. Ordered a breakfast meal and she couldn't even understand. I told her at the first window that I ordered a meal. She tried to blame someone else and acted like she fixed my order. Got my order at 2nd window, but it was not correct. I told them 4 times I wanted a meal...How many damn times to I have to tell them I wanted a meal??

Tried to leave review on Uber. My order was shorted 40 nuggets. Called, phone just rang. The tip was$18. I am very disappointed. Food even at McDonald's is not cheap. I would leave -0 if I could.

Ordered on the mobile app. Arrived 6 mins after ordering, told me to pull to second window. Handed me my drinks and they told me the paper jammed and asked what I ordered. Told them my order and they told me to pull to next drive thru window, my order would be right out. Waited 40 mins and no one ever came out with food. Pulled back around building and went through the drive thru again. They told me to go to second window and asked what I ordered again and then after a couple of mins they handed me a bag and it was missing part of my order. Tired of waiting, I just left. I frequent this McDonalds a lot and they are usually pretty good. But after todays experience, I won't be back.

Waited 30 minutes just to get wrong orders, mostly never get your order right and when they do the food is mostly never good. I’m even currently waiting for one thing and it’s been about 40 minutes since I ordered

They NEED a person that UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH to work the REGISTER!!!!!! The lady I was trying to ask questions to had to keep going to get somebody to understand me & answer me but he couldn't take my order 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. I was asking how the happy meal worked because they were out of extra small cups (the ones that come with the meal). I asked if I would be charged .50 cents extra for a small cup even though it wasn't my fault they were out of the extra small cups. He told me no it was not an upcharge. He walks away & it took her 5mins to come back to the register that I was standing at & NEVER LEFT to ask if we ordered. I said no she then took the order told me the total was $5.82 🤦♀️ I told her that wasn't correct she then said yes I said no $4.99 plus 6% tax is $5.29. She again said no, I said so your charging me for an upcharge cup that is NOT MY FAULT you don't have the extra small ones that go with the meal. She looked at me dumb & said huh?! I walked out. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤬🤬🤬🤬

So apparently I can NOT Submit video but IF Provide an Email for me, I will send it to you ! So how do you mess this up? You can see my order and what the sandwich is to be! I got a Big Mac with a missing patty! That’s NOT What I ordered! So whoever order I got, Sorry but it gone now! Looks like WE AS CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CHECK BEHIND YOU EMPLOYEES NOW! I just don’t understand how you mess up a simple order! I was too hungry at the time that I wasn’t gonna go back to drive thru and make a fus and waste food!
I ordered a drink at the kiosk and waited for ~fifteen minutes. It never came. I asked for a refund. The order taker walked away and could clearly be heard saying she was not going to give me a refund. I'm going to have to contact my bank and dispute the charge. I was never given the things i paid for OR my money back. You stole from me.
I know it's kinda assumed that if you go to MacDonald's you're going to get shit customer service, but i just don't see how the higher-ups are ok with losing potential customers like this.
I'm pissed.

Last week I ordered two sausage McMuffin with egg. Running a special two for 5 bucks. Today stopped by paid 10.37. Usually it's a little over 7 bucks. Doesn't pay to eat there anymore anytime of day.
