This McDonald’s is hands down the absolute worst when it comes to handling Uber Eats orders. I’m not being dramatic—this place straight-up doesn’t care. If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when a fast food joint gives up on life, this is it.
Missing items? Constant. Orders marked as ready and still sitting cold on the counter 20 minutes later? Routine. You’d get faster, more accurate service if you trained a raccoon to fetch your food. Half the time they don’t even start making the order until someone physically walks in and asks, “Hey, are you even doing anything back there?”
And don’t bother calling. No one answers. It’s like the phone is just there for decoration. You might as well scream into a void. The staff act like Uber Eats is some foreign concept they’ve never heard of—even though they’ve got six tablets lighting up like a damn Christmas tree behind the counter.
If you’re thinking of ordering from this location on Uber Eats—don’t. Save yourself the headache. You’ll get cold food, missing items, and enough rage to power a small city. This store is a disgrace to the golden arches. Honestly, shut it down and let a Chick-fil-A take over. At least they give a damn
At the beginning, I wasted time for more that 30 minutes, during this time I saw two customers more that haven't his food and one of them was received with high words. To me, the staff literally they fought with me before giving me my food.

BAD SERVICE.All staff besides young boy was nice , all the older women and the manager were RUDE! They were talking bad about customers all because THEY got the order wrong.They then lied about prices when trying to exchange the wrong order.Absolutely disappointed, props to the young boy he was a problem solver!

On the 5th of December at 635 in the morning I went into this location to get Breakfast.After waiting several minutes to order a worker told me to use the Kiosk to order. when I informed her that I'd rather not she got belligerent and told me that I had to wait.she continued to ignore myself and the gentleman who was also waiting to order.At that point I asked to speak speak to the manager to whom I explained that I didn't know to use the kiosk,she responded that I'd better learn because they are taking the registers out and that she bets that I know how to use a cell phone.I then asked for the franchise owners info and she refused to give it to me.Terrible customer service from both these ladies.I will never attempt to spend money there again.
Stay away, management and staff are rude will heckle you if you use their unstable app after they've charged you for your order then claim multiple times it is unpaid despite showing receipts and even bank transaction showing the debit in the card. Would recommend going somewhere else

They take too long to give you your order, if you don't ask for your order, you can wait for hours, they give you a bad wrap and they still start to discuss your order, they serve you in a very bad way.
