I usually have a good experience at this location but this Saturday afternoon was my worst experience encountered with Rosa. For her attitude and pure lack of customer service, I won't be returning to this Subway location, and if you ask her, she could care less. In customer service, if you make a mistake, you simply apologize and make it right for the customer, but this woman Rosa prefers to belittle, mistreat and lie. After reading other reviews, I'm sure she is the Hispanic lady that's being referenced. You've been warned!

I went to this subway at 8:43 pm and the a lady standing at the counter told me that we are closed. I checked the sign displayed on the door and it said 10:00pm. I said if you are closed why is the door open and other ppl inside. The lady became rude and told me to get out, we closed.I went back the next day to talk with a manager and some guy (who I know dont care) that I was treated this way told me he was the manager. I said I am sorry and that was all. He brushed me off and told me that his manager would be in contact with me. That was 3 days ago. No reply to my email or calls at all.This place states they are for the area and want to help service the people. They dont.If I dont hear nothing else in this matter I am going to the news with it. We spend alot of money at these places and is treated poorlyCONCERNED

Visited store at 7539 Landover Rd, Landover, MD around 4pm on 8/14/23, the lady was inept, lies to your face (I asked if she cut my footlong sub all the way through and she nastily responded I did). Of course when I got home had to use a knife to finish cutting sandwich all the way through. She barely cut up the meat for my Italian BMT so I had to do that when I got home also. Needless to say, I won't be surprised if this store goes out of business because she won't get any repeat business from me!

The lady that served us on 8/15/23 at 4pm was subpar for an employee, acted like she didn't want to be there and everything she did said this. Her attitude was awful, I asked if she cut the sandwich all the way through (footlong into 4 pieces), she slammed the sandwich to the side and said YES YES I DID IT! And of course when I unwrapped the sandwich she had only cut half way through meaning I had to finish her work! Bread was hard (no I didn't ask for it to be toasted), might have baked it the day before. WORSE SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Will definitely not return here and will make sure I advise family and friends not to go there either!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!I ordered online 14 chocolate chip cookiesI was informed they did not have cookies I said ok please refund The rep told me no I said ok well can I have a gift card she said no I then asked how will I get my money back is there a manager I can speak to she said noI said ok and called the police When they arrived she said that I never which I have proof (my order was ready for pick up at 1:20) it was a little after 1:50 when I arrived and about 2 something when the police arrived I was told to call the 301-322-2173 (which is the store #) as I called the young lady and man both acted as if they did not hear the phone then replied THEY ONLY WORK 1 DAY AND COULD NOT HELP ME BECAUSE "THEY DID NOT WORK THERE"I will NEVER be getting from ANY SUBWAY. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Never have I ever heard of an establishment not willing to compensate you for them not having what you ordered. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Very rude customer service from the lady and the Arab or whatever worker working at this subway on 5.11.23 at 6:30-6:48 pm no greeting at all no eye contact which is basic customer service. I asked to use the restroom the door was locked the Spanish lady or whatever she was said someone could be in there so I politely knocked on 3 different occasions because the lady worker stated she did not have a key the Spanish Arab whatever skinny guy worker intruded himself in the conversation first of all it’s none of your business if I am a woman speaking to a woman kind your business but whatever he disregarded the customer he was working with to tell me he didn’t have a key for the bathroom so I told him well y’all need to check because “apparently” the customer has the key and they not answering the door, he comes from nowhere rude as ever with a KEY! It is not my fault you DONT love your job! I will not tolerate that rudeness no one is wearing a name tag and I know he did not wash his hands after opening that door. SUBWAY do better. These people come here acting as if they care and they are nice but don’t have a ounce of professionalism in their bones!

Took my money for an online order, but was actually closed at least 3hrs before it's listed here on the app. And somehow took almost double the amount of the order from my bank account. So I'm out of extra money for food I'll never see.

Don't let the Spanish female fix your sandwich...she will give you bare minimal of meat..if I order footlong cold cut trio she will give u a trio of the meat knowing u supposed to get 4(half sandwich 2 cuts of the trio but if u order a footlong you'll get 3...her math is wrong...she does it every time..I refuse to order from

Mimi was has a very pleasant personality. I ordered online first and then came into the store.-It was very clean and a lady was cleaning too that worked there while MiMi made sandwiches.-I wish this store had crushed red peppers and their online ordering did not have light mayo which they have in store- which was great to see.-While great personality , my jalapeños on the side were left out of the bag that I reiterated once walking in.Also asked for sandwiches to be cut into 4s but they were just cut in half.-The rotisserie chicken is also not so great but I believe that isn’t this Subway personally but just Subway’s rotisserie chicken style/flavor.A star for MiMi, a star for the cleanliness of the store and a star for the worker who was cleaning and pleasant. A star for an eating family of 3 overall leaning towards happy with their subs.

I placed an online order at this location, two sandwiches, and drove to pick them up.Upon returning home, I discovered my sandwich was prepared incorrectly. It was missing vegetables, had vegetables I didn’t order, and the wrong sauce. I drove back to the store and asked that I be remade.The worker opened the sandwich up and asked what was wrong with it. I explained what was wrong. She picked off a banana pepper and asked why I couldn’t just taken them off. I repeated that several things were wrong with and again asked for it to be made correctly.She then proceeded to turn to the other customer and mock me I told the woman I didn’t appreciate being mocked to other customers.I finally had enough and asked for my money back, to which she said “come back tomorrow, I can’t help you”.I reached out to the franchisee (as his info is prominently posted in the Restaraunt). This was the response I got:“I am very sorry for your inconvenience. I assure you the best service during your next visit. Thank you for being a loyal customer of Subway.”How would he be able to assure anyone of receiving a correct sandwich, let along the “best service” when you approach a serious issue with a three sentence form email. Do not eat here.
