Most actual reviews are quite poor.I got the dumplings which were dry, chewy, and the pork tasted like it had gone bad.The szechuan chicken was of poor quality chicken, like reconstituted? Processed. Flavorless and at least 1/4 of the dish was onions. I couldn't eat it despite being very hungry.

This was the worst food that I have ever paid for. If you eat here and think its good then your taste buds don't work anymore. I ordered the seasme chicken with fried rice and the gizzard platter with fried rice. First off you can tell the gizzards had been reheated and not freshly made. The rice was nasty. I think the tea was perfect but that is all. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving people like this. I was there on 1/6/2024 @ 11:30 a.m. They serving food left over from the night before, thinking people not going to know. Times are too hard and things are too overpriced for somebody to be playing with folks money. Do better or close the shop. It's bad enough that a person has to stand there and freeze damn near to death while waiting for their food but to get it in this condition is highly unacceptable. Someone should report them to Food Administration and BBB this is sickening and to top it all off I threw up what I did try to eat. I am not a person to puke or get sick for that matter. This was my first meal for the day. I am 50 years old and I have eaten a lot of chinese food but this was not chinese food I don't know what it was but it is not food. Please don't do this to anyone else, have some shame and do better.

Working next door for two days and not much time to eat, I chose Tasty Carryout. General cho's chicken was done to perfection. The brown rice had onions, carrots and bean sprouts in it. This was a huge win because the Chinese restaurants in Pa load everything with peas.The 2nd day was shrimp lo mein with a emphasis on shrimp. With only 2 Working in the kitchen, food was made and I was out the door in minutes

I have been robbed this place twice! The said they delivered my food but I never got it. They will not refund your money you are just S.O.L. I would NOT recommend this place. They get bad reviews but they really don't care. It's a Chinese Carry Out in a Black neighborhood. They know Black folks will come.
We had dinner delivered from Tasty Carryout to our hotel by Grubhub. Although there were numerous restaurants within easy walking distance, we chose to just relax prior to the busy 4th of July activities and have dinner in our hotel suite. The ordering process was quite easy and delivery was as promised. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of food. Tasty Carryout had good reviews on Grubhub but there were none on Trip Advisor. We ordered the Pu Pu Platter, which included two each of ribs, chicken teriyaki, crab Rangoon, large shrimp, fried wontons and egg rolls. We also had their Combination Egg Foo Young with chicken, shrimp and pork, and substituted fried rice instead of white for a small extra charge. The entire meal was very tasty and even looked good. We actually enjoyed snacking on leftovers for several days following and would definitely order from them again.

Placed an order for General Tso’s Chicken. It was terrible, sauce was very watery. And when I called back the lady laughed me out and told me oh well. I own two restaurants and I am very big on customer service/satisfaction and they are extremely bad on that end. Just a rip off of my money.

We're from out of town and got their fairly late they were almost closed. Order a double burger,seasoned fires, and sweet and sour chicken. Food was fast, hot and over the top good. They also serve fried chicken wing meals, and it's definitely a hit for locals ( heard three other people order that, plus extras like spring rolls.) Service was great too.Vegetarian options: Did see some vegetarian options on the menu such as fried general toa's tofu and vegetable fried rice. Spring rolls, veggie sub.Parking: It's in a mall and has good amount of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Store is accessible once you're on the covered walkway. However, the ramp entrance is a few stores down( one ever four or five stores apart.)
