Last night, my husband and I ordered two cheesesteaks and one BLT club. All three of us were food poisoned. We have been up with diarrhea vomiting. It’s been a horrible experience. Looks like they don’t care anymore. Probably won’t be going back due to foodborne illnesses. It’s sad. Very sad.

Mozzarella sticks were fair. Order pizza to go they gave my wife someone's spaghetti and wasn't even good. Service there was poor. Table server was ok. Will not go back.

Take order. 1 lg cheesesteak 1 sm. Cheesesteak Lg fry. $50.00 didnt get a total on the phone and got sticker shock upon delivery. Cheesesteak was horrible, dry, and all you could taste was salt. Never ever again.

I ordered a silicon pizza last night when I got home i realized the pizza was very doughy I paid almost 30 dollars for it luckily I put it in the oven and it was better. But I shouldn't have to pay for a doughy pizza

Order subs about every other week from here , this week ordered them and all 3 lg subs 1/ IT w oil let and tom, 1/ lg Ham And Chz w/ let only , and1/ lg a chz steak deluxe no hot peppers / but with let tom onions peppers , spent 56.00 bucks , got them back home and not one was anything I ordered , they had no let tom or anything else on them, What a wasteful trip and gas , called them today about , they didn’t give a rats ass that they messed up our subs , so good luck when ordering from them, if I were you id check my my order to be sure your order is right because the owner / manager didn’t seem to care. But they got paid and we all still have subs here that aren’t worth eating . Just saying 56. Bucks is a lot of money for 3 unworthy subs that have got to go in trash . Well we’ll never order them from there again

Do not order from here!!!! This place charges $18 for a SMALL PIZZA. Yes there was a delivery fee. At the same time Dominos charges $12 for the same thing. Save your money!!!I

This place is really hit or miss. Tonight I tried the chicken Rustic sandwich, absolutely disgusting! Chicken tasted old, and was like shoe leather. Definitely not good quality chicken. My french fries we're also burnt. Have tried this place two other times with the same result on different entrees. Will never go back. Gross

We ordered takeout tonight and it starts off with a convenience fee for ordering online/phone. While ordering on the phone the person on the other end seems rushing us to order. We pick up our food and the building was incredibly warm and the staff are still rushing us, there was hardly anyone in the building… Our food was not the typical quality of La Delizia, the bacon on the burger looked uncooked and the burger was cold. I’m not sure if the order was made earlier than the 25 minute wait time or not but that could explain it. The fries were very soggy and the mozzarella sticks were cold as well. My wrap was decent but kind of bland, some pieces of lettuce looked old (sitting out for too long). Overall not impressed, I have eaten here before and had GOOD experiences. Sad to say this time around it was not…

Don’t expect customer service. Ordered 3 meals (2 adult and 1 kids meal). My husband picked up the order. They never gave us the kids meal. So I call and ask them to refund the kids meal. They request I drive back and I told them that’s not an option because I live 20 minutes away and I’m not driving 40 minutes to get a kids meal when it’s past dinner time. They refused to give me a refund because the food is ready and sitting here. I’m like right and I was there to get my food and you didn’t give me my whole order! Meanwhile the poor women was arguing with the person in charge while I could hear the whole convo! They said it’s not our fault he’s training. Never eaten here before and most definitely don’t plan on returning since I made a reasonable request and it was greeted with an unreasonable response.
