I asked the person to give me a double scoop of ice cream and got barely one scoop with double the price at the end. I can see why the place has such low ratings. Never going back.

I'm very much afraid this one has gone under. Their phone is disconnected and their online site isn't accepting orders. CORRECTION: They're still open, but their morning start time is now kinda up for grabs.

The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30 on a weekday.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! The server gave my son a lot of time to choose ice cream, and let him pick a few flavors. She was very patient!

I would say that the service was horrible but I got no service. My wife called and asked them what time do they close on Sunday and she was told 9PM. I arrived at about 845PM and after sitting at the order board for a few minutes, I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed. The owner needs to be told that his emoyees are losing him business by closing early.

I arrived at 10:35 pm to place my order at the drive-thru just to find out that they were closed. Online they're saying 24/7 ...don't have it as 24/7 when it's not ..the time it took me to drive there I could have got it somewhere else. It was a waste of gas and time.
