I would say that the service was horrible but I got no service. My wife called and asked them what time do they close on Sunday and she was told 9PM. I arrived at about 845PM and after sitting at the order board for a few minutes, I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed. The owner needs to be told that his emoyees are losing him business by closing early.

I think the service is exceptional at this location. Ordered small coffee in the drive thru and the line goes really fast. Only issue I have is I feel like when I order cream and sugar, I get mostly cream. The small is already little, I would have love to have had some coffee as well.
The bagels are always hard and burnt. They never put enough cream and sugar in the ice coffee.

I think that this location offers very fast service but at the cost of 2 out of 3 times not getting what I ordered. I know I never said dark coffee but yet that's what I have today and its awful. Very frustrating

I arrived at 10:35 pm to place my order at the drive-thru just to find out that they were closed. Online they're saying 24/7 ...don't have it as 24/7 when it's not ..the time it took me to drive there I could have got it somewhere else. It was a waste of gas and time.

I visit this store on the date listed below. I was told that thru did not have any brownies which they never do. After that I was asked to hold on I set at the speaker for 10 minutes. We someone finally did come to the speaker he was very rude. And did not wait on me. He told me to have s nice day, after I told him I was upset because I was sitting there that long. I pulled to the window and all the lights was off and no one came to the window. This was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. Not only I didn't get waited on I was disrespected. I mean what happened to good customer service. I will never go to this location everrrr again.
