Called in a order and I asked for American cheese, lettuce, mayo and onion. Had white cheese and nothing else on my sub. Called back and they said American cheese is white cheese. Asked for a cheese fish and no cheese was on my sandwich. The bun was falling apart, the bread was old. Never coming back and spending my money there.

I used to love this place... craving the flavor. However, the quality has changed; the wings are smaller and taste old. The western fries are too large and do not cook evenly.
I keep giving the space for redemption, but it doesn't seem to be changing.

I called an order in and just dealt with the front counter person yelling at me telling me “she’s tired” guess what, everyone who works get tired. Don’t come in. Customer service is one of the most important things. After buying from this place for 20+ years I won’t be. I kept asking friends who they were saying was the rude woman at the counter. Now I know. And with this photo so do you.she turned away so I didn’t snap her from the front. Next person she gives nasty service to snap her.
